Alrighty to start off the names Uni or Universal either one ive run multiple servers in the past and have staffed on many but for this one im wanting to do something a bit more unique.
Idea: My idea is to remake Xrmpx13's GLG Pixelmon server but for now it is starting on vanilla MC 1.12.2 as im wanting to start building the map for it and then in the end when finished building the map we will change it to pixelmon so that we can start work on that side of it. In the end if it gets enough people enjoying it we will expand the server more.
What is needed: What is needed at the moment is builders and people that know plugins that can help to bring this server to life but there is one problem the only reference we can go off to build these servers are these videos from Xrmpx13's channel so it wont be perfect but we can make the server similar to what the original was.

There is another thing a lot of people can't do that that may be the reason. It's voice acting I know a lot of people have trouble voice acting or just don't know how to voice act well. Another reason may be they might not have the time and are just checking your idea out to see what it's about. Well that's my suggestion XD
