My apologies in advance for such a long thread, but it should give you nearly 100% insight into what we do.
Without further interruption, I wish to publicly introduce you to a new politically and militarily minded, Minecraft-based organization, the ‘Holy Order of the Kingdom of the Imperial Vatican.' We are still undergoing changes and adjusting to new methods as we go, but we’ve peaked at an astounding 90+ members as of now and our governmental systems have reached the end of their development. We are, therefore, confident enough at this point to spread the word of our organization and the empire it serves. Our required strength is to hold a robust system of ideological and militaristic intelligence, which will allow us to expand our cause and influence with more simplicity. We currently are putting all of our heads together and planning to gain a strong dominion over the political and militaristic aspect of the game overall.
Minecraft is a vast realm, if you will. These realms are made up of smaller realms that, quite frankly, are under control and influence of biased, narrow-minded, confused and corrupt people a majority of the time. Our plan is to locate the biggest, most powerful of said realms and, eventually, send out people of our Grand Imperial Cossacks to occupy them. We will treat these as outposts and use one server as our "Capital" so to speak. Hopefully, we can directly monitor the outpost locations avidly to ensure that all is well. I ask from everyone with patience and fighting tactics to consider applying. We may not be able to crush these systems completely, or even at all, but I can ensure everyone that our influence will spread if we have the numbers we need.
We are a group that works for the mature population. We DO require all members to follow guidelines during work if given, which will be put towards maintaining our outposts and influence throughout these realms. If there are extreme offenses, however, you will either be demoted or no longer have the privilege to return and will be blacklisted from the organization overall.

- We encourage you to use correct spelling; Example: "U r not permitted" should not be used when you are around people that could be influenced by us so that we can make our expectations and first impressions as good as possible upon others
- You must show loyalty, deliberateness and patience, NOT impatience
- You MUST be reasonably active, therefore prolonged periods of inactivity (30 days or more) will result in removal from our group unless you have alerted a higher-up beforehand
- You MUST wear a mature skin (No nude or offensive skins of the sort)

- You must follow commands given by both the Grand Vanguardian Parliamentary Sovereign, Grand Co-Sovereign, and Grand Vanguardian Parliamentary Cabinet if given

Listed below are the ranks within the main body of the organization
❈ Holy Emperor / ❈ Holy Empress: The highest ruling male/female of the empire, orders given must be followed and failure to do so may lead to consequences depending on the severity of the situation.
❈ Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister: Reserves all power over the organization underneath the Emperor and Empress. The Prime Minister is one that makes the most important of decisions. Takes orders directly from the Emperor and Empress.
❈ Grand Vatican Secretary to Prime Minister: The direct assistant to the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and has highest power below that position. Makes main decisions with the permission of the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and/or when the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister is absent.
❈ Grand Vatican Parliamentary Cabinet: The group consisting of a reasonable odd number of people that make decisions and revise plans made with permission from the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and Grand Vatican Secretary to Prime Minister. Must have an odd number of people in it to make tie breakers during decision-making.
❈ Grand Vatican Court of Justice: Self-explanatory, anyone who deserves justice will be put in a hearing with the court figures. Justice for all is inevitable and all corruption within the court will be eliminated as soon as it is detected. This is here solely for the purpose of a more justified system of punishment.
Grand Advanced Imperial Cossacks (Mercenaries): The best, advanced troops in the whole empire that serve directly under the rest of the Parliamentary Figures as people of authority. Their duties mainly consist of eliminating future threats before they BECOME said threat. A select few may serve as the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister's and Grand Co-Prime Minister's personal guards during their time outside of the Capital Server.
Grand Imperial Cossacks: The troops that serve directly under the rest of the Grand Figures as people of authority. Their duties range from inspections of our outpost servers to making brief observations of our outposts’ leaders to ensure all is going as it should.
Grand Air Force: Believe it or not, we have an air force with some functioning redstone aircraft designs that will actually travel as far as destined. Our Vatican Air Force will obviously fly in the sky and do bomb runs, etc. to a very devastating effect.
Grand Navy: Our sailors in the abroad that occupy the oceans and blockades of our capital server and other outposts and take orders from the rest of the Grand Figures (Excluding the Grand Imperial Cossacks and Grand Imperial Guard). They take most and, if not, all responsibility in recruiting naval ensigns to occupy both our capital server and our outposts.
Grand Imperial Guard: Consists of the most patient, trustworthy and loyal players that station on our capital server and guard in the towers of our central Vatican Parliamentary building. Every hour or so, they are expected to switch off with another guard to ensure maximum protection of our beloved capital.
These are the ranks within the servers occupied by the group EXCLUDING server-specific ranks, in order, within the organization. These server-specific Vatican ranks will have to enforce the server’s rules as well as The Vatican Empire’s rules to the population. Follow this just as closely:
(Server Name)'s Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister: Runs the server's Vatican population under the Grand Figures (Excluding the Grand Imperial Cossacks, Grand Naval Fleet and Grand Imperial Guard) and makes important decisions regarding the server.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Parliamentary Secretary to Prime Minister The direct assistant to the server's Parliamentary Vatican Prime Minister and has highest power below the server's Prime Minister. Makes decisions when the server's Prime Minister is absent.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Parliamentary Cabinet: The group consisting of a reasonable odd number of people that make decisions and revise plans made with permission from the server's Parliamentary Vatican Prime Minister and server's Vatican Co-Prime Minister. Must have an odd number of people in it to make tie breakers during decision-making.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Cossacks: The troops that serve under the rest of the server's Vatican authority figures as a 'Militia' so to speak. Their duties vary from settling local disputes, fighting in our name, to helping local players during free time. They help to expand our territory and take orders from the rest of the parliamentary figures of that server.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Navy: The Navy cannot function on certain servers due to build restrictions and such. However, it is made up of our players in the abroad that occupy the oceans and blockades of our other occupied servers and take orders from the rest of the parliamentary figures of that server. They take most and, if not, all responsibility in recruiting naval ensigns to occupy the server’s oceans.
(Server Name)’s Vatican Air Force: (Like the Navy) Cannot function on certain servers due to build restrictions and such. Just like the Grand Air Force, they will fly over enemies for bombing runs, etc.
Players will be promoted based upon the judgement given to them by their superiors.
The branches will function on all servers occupied by us, Moving on to the branches of the organization:
Grand Figures: Consists of the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister, Grand Co-Prime Minister, Grand Vatican Parliamentary Cabinet, Grand Vatican Court of Justice, Grand Imperial Cossacks, Grand Navy and Grand Imperial Guard. The Imperial Cossacks, Navy, and Imperial Guard are excluded from the ‘Parliamentary’ category of this group because they are meant to protect the leaders and serve on the frontlines as some of the highest-ranking fighters within the empire.
Vatican Server Moderation: Will have dominant control over the communities of (Insert Given Server Name Here). The PvP (Player Versus Player) communities will need to be more alert and skilled at the environment of PvP. The PvE (Player Versus Environment) communities will have less alerted members on the contrary. However, the groups that are stationed on PvE servers will, most likely, function more for governing and structural purposes.
Vatican Central Intelligence: Select group of the most mature of our members that function in any environment and take orders directly from the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and Grand Co-Prime Minister of the organization to make their way into enemy groups so that they may feed us information and enemy intelligence in espionage-style operations. They will then take the enemy intel back to the Grand Figures of the organization
Vatican Delegation: Select group of the most grammatically correct players that can type documents like this and arrange interviews/deal with alliance and enemy communication. In a nutshell, this branch works to make a positive influence on all outsiders and deals with the majority of the recruitment within the team.

We have a Discord server in which these 90+ active members are found. We also do recruit a majority of our members in-game.
Not all of our players play on the same servers either, the reason being that we are stationed across 7 servers as of now and we are working to expand by having these players stick to ONE server so that we can maximize the amount of time spent on one specific server. - You MUST be reasonably active, therefore prolonged periods of inactivity (30 days or more) will result in removal from our group unless you have alerted a higher-up beforehand

- (Discord) You are NOT permitted to add anyone to the Discord without permission from a higher-up
- You must follow commands given by both the Grand Vanguardian Parliamentary Sovereign, Grand Co-Sovereign, and Grand Vanguardian Parliamentary Cabinet if given
- You must NOT talk about the Central Intelligence Branch around outsiders under any circumstances
- (In Discord) Be reasonable and use the appropriate channel (General for reasonable small talk, Music for music commands, etc.)
- You must NOT keep your Discord status as "Invisible" so that we may know who is online (Or unless given permission to be by a higher-up)
- Feel free to make reasonable suggestions that increase our complexity and organizational practices
- Only those who do their job shall be rewarded
Listed below are the ranks within the main body of the organization
❈ Holy Emperor / ❈ Holy Empress: The highest ruling male/female of the empire, orders given must be followed and failure to do so may lead to consequences depending on the severity of the situation.
❈ Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister: Reserves all power over the organization underneath the Emperor and Empress. The Prime Minister is one that makes the most important of decisions. Takes orders directly from the Emperor and Empress.
❈ Grand Vatican Secretary to Prime Minister: The direct assistant to the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and has highest power below that position. Makes main decisions with the permission of the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and/or when the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister is absent.
❈ Grand Vatican Parliamentary Cabinet: The group consisting of a reasonable odd number of people that make decisions and revise plans made with permission from the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and Grand Vatican Secretary to Prime Minister. Must have an odd number of people in it to make tie breakers during decision-making.
❈ Grand Vatican Court of Justice: Self-explanatory, anyone who deserves justice will be put in a hearing with the court figures. Justice for all is inevitable and all corruption within the court will be eliminated as soon as it is detected. This is here solely for the purpose of a more justified system of punishment.
Grand Advanced Imperial Cossacks (Mercenaries): The best, advanced troops in the whole empire that serve directly under the rest of the Parliamentary Figures as people of authority. Their duties mainly consist of eliminating future threats before they BECOME said threat. A select few may serve as the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister's and Grand Co-Prime Minister's personal guards during their time outside of the Capital Server.
Grand Imperial Cossacks: The troops that serve directly under the rest of the Grand Figures as people of authority. Their duties range from inspections of our outpost servers to making brief observations of our outposts’ leaders to ensure all is going as it should.
Grand Air Force: Believe it or not, we have an air force with some functioning redstone aircraft designs that will actually travel as far as destined. Our Vatican Air Force will obviously fly in the sky and do bomb runs, etc. to a very devastating effect.
Grand Navy: Our sailors in the abroad that occupy the oceans and blockades of our capital server and other outposts and take orders from the rest of the Grand Figures (Excluding the Grand Imperial Cossacks and Grand Imperial Guard). They take most and, if not, all responsibility in recruiting naval ensigns to occupy both our capital server and our outposts.
Grand Imperial Guard: Consists of the most patient, trustworthy and loyal players that station on our capital server and guard in the towers of our central Vatican Parliamentary building. Every hour or so, they are expected to switch off with another guard to ensure maximum protection of our beloved capital.
These are the ranks within the servers occupied by the group EXCLUDING server-specific ranks, in order, within the organization. These server-specific Vatican ranks will have to enforce the server’s rules as well as The Vatican Empire’s rules to the population. Follow this just as closely:
(Server Name)'s Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister: Runs the server's Vatican population under the Grand Figures (Excluding the Grand Imperial Cossacks, Grand Naval Fleet and Grand Imperial Guard) and makes important decisions regarding the server.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Parliamentary Secretary to Prime Minister The direct assistant to the server's Parliamentary Vatican Prime Minister and has highest power below the server's Prime Minister. Makes decisions when the server's Prime Minister is absent.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Parliamentary Cabinet: The group consisting of a reasonable odd number of people that make decisions and revise plans made with permission from the server's Parliamentary Vatican Prime Minister and server's Vatican Co-Prime Minister. Must have an odd number of people in it to make tie breakers during decision-making.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Cossacks: The troops that serve under the rest of the server's Vatican authority figures as a 'Militia' so to speak. Their duties vary from settling local disputes, fighting in our name, to helping local players during free time. They help to expand our territory and take orders from the rest of the parliamentary figures of that server.
(Server Name)'s Vatican Navy: The Navy cannot function on certain servers due to build restrictions and such. However, it is made up of our players in the abroad that occupy the oceans and blockades of our other occupied servers and take orders from the rest of the parliamentary figures of that server. They take most and, if not, all responsibility in recruiting naval ensigns to occupy the server’s oceans.
(Server Name)’s Vatican Air Force: (Like the Navy) Cannot function on certain servers due to build restrictions and such. Just like the Grand Air Force, they will fly over enemies for bombing runs, etc.
Players will be promoted based upon the judgement given to them by their superiors.
The branches will function on all servers occupied by us, Moving on to the branches of the organization:
Grand Figures: Consists of the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister, Grand Co-Prime Minister, Grand Vatican Parliamentary Cabinet, Grand Vatican Court of Justice, Grand Imperial Cossacks, Grand Navy and Grand Imperial Guard. The Imperial Cossacks, Navy, and Imperial Guard are excluded from the ‘Parliamentary’ category of this group because they are meant to protect the leaders and serve on the frontlines as some of the highest-ranking fighters within the empire.
Vatican Server Moderation: Will have dominant control over the communities of (Insert Given Server Name Here). The PvP (Player Versus Player) communities will need to be more alert and skilled at the environment of PvP. The PvE (Player Versus Environment) communities will have less alerted members on the contrary. However, the groups that are stationed on PvE servers will, most likely, function more for governing and structural purposes.
Vatican Central Intelligence: Select group of the most mature of our members that function in any environment and take orders directly from the Grand Vatican Parliamentary Prime Minister and Grand Co-Prime Minister of the organization to make their way into enemy groups so that they may feed us information and enemy intelligence in espionage-style operations. They will then take the enemy intel back to the Grand Figures of the organization
Vatican Delegation: Select group of the most grammatically correct players that can type documents like this and arrange interviews/deal with alliance and enemy communication. In a nutshell, this branch works to make a positive influence on all outsiders and deals with the majority of the recruitment within the team.

We have a Discord server in which these 90+ active members are found. We also do recruit a majority of our members in-game.
Not all of our players play on the same servers either, the reason being that we are stationed across 7 servers as of now and we are working to expand by having these players stick to ONE server so that we can maximize the amount of time spent on one specific server. With that being said, we will be able to expand easier without as much detainment. I do hope that this has answered your question(s).
