    When this was made animals spawned on grass. They still do, but it's only a few per chunk now.

    I want to do this experiment as much as the next guy, but guys this isn't going to work if we read all this already.

    We'd know they we have to save on resources and we know that grass will become important in the end. It won't work if we already know all these things.

(Which is weird, because the AO calculating seems to be bugged, and actually shades each subcube according to the lighting of the box as a whole. A 0.5x0.5x0.5m box and a 1x1x1m box have the exact same gradient for the same block (and a bunch of minicubes in one block will all have the same gradient even if you think they wouldn't, like in the 3D-break model), which is why the top part of fancygrass looks weird with Smooth Lighting.)

    Also, turning off Smooth Lighting gives me a 20-30fps boost in vanilla, so it's got to help with this mod.


    That's not the point, it should be optimized enough so you COULD use Smooth Lighting.

    Also, you should make it so you can only play one race in each world. Because you could chat and play as a villager, spawn in a village then switch to a better race. So the villager race is a bit useless. Also you can switch into a Dwarf to mine, switch to the Halfing to farm and so on.

    I can sadly say, this might be the greatest mod ever made. But this needs to be optimized a bit more. My FPS is much lower with this mod.

    Is anyone else getting a bug, when the player dies every single NPC's attack lines goes off. I mean every single one. So there are around 10000 NPC's attack lines going off and it lags.
