Alright well here is the deal. No matter what I do nobody can connect to my servers. I have my ports forwarded, I am giving out the right IP address but still nobody can connect.
The weird thing is, when I direct connect typing in the IP and port I am giving out I can connect just fine.
I am currently using version 7 of Java.
I've tried using bukkit, the regular Minecraft server exe and even the Feed The Beast server launcher, but all to no avail.
What's the problem? I can connect to my server and other servers just fine but nobody can connect to mine.
For awhile now nobody has been able to connect to my Minecraft servers that I put up (run them off of my computer). Nobody can ping them or anything. I can reach them just fine using my ip address and port numbers. All of my ports are forwarded and so forth but still nobody can get on. What's the problem?
Well with Beta 1.7/1.8 and then 1.0 and 1.1 I was using mc2obj (https://github.com/FalconNL/mc2obj) to render my minecraft worlds within 3DS Max but now it hasn't been updated for 7 months and doesn't support the Anvil world generator.
I don't know if this has been asked yet (I'm in a hurry out the door and don't have time to do a thread search), but is there any plans for the future to add an airliner type of plane? I would love to use that on my server (sort of rpg like) to get players to different cities on the server that are all far spread out without having to walk.
He meant the admin checked what his password was for the Minecraft Forums, (which i assume they can) and then, because he was using the same password for facebook, the admin used it to log on to fb.
Possible, but remember, admins most likely have access to the files of the website. The passwords would be easy to find if you have full access to everything.
PS: citricsquid, you look like a fool saying stuff like that and everyone else is taking it seriously
No, the passwords are encrypted in the mySQL database, and I doubt Curse even has a person who can decrypt the passwords, plus it would take a while to even find the passwords in the database.
There already is a down vote system, they just don't have it enabled so it doesn't start fights and so it doesn't get abused. I like it the way it is, keeps things nice and neat and calm.
If an idea is unique enough to stand alone from other already created threads, I leave it open. This, however, is maybe 1/20 of the threads reported for duplicate, and even less of the ones I find on my own.
I like how we both quoted him saying "REALLY GUD".
Wow, we can get banned for using AdBlock?
1 : How would they know?
2 : I bet 90% of the people who use adblock use it because ads are too f***ing obnoxious. If they didn't have sound, take up the ENTIRE SIDES, were all like "HEY LOOK AT ME, DON'T STAY ON TOPIC ABOUT THE THREAD 'CAUSE YOU CAN ONLY PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!", etc. people wouldn't use ad block...
No not for using it, they have no way of knowing unless you tell them.
If you keep mentioning it to other members and telling them to use it you can get warned, if you decide to keep fighting it and arguing with the mods/admins then you could possibly get banned.
I am one of the people that has an exception in my ad block addon for Chrome for this site to support it. If I had more web client jobs I would just purchase curse premium.

Does anybody know of a replacement for it?
I know of mc3obj but it doesn't work either.
Thanks in advanced.

I doubt Curse has any decision in the re-structuring of that area, plus there are many topics asking for it to be reconstructed.

No, it will get you a site with no ad's. They don't give out that title anymore I don't think.
