    posted a message on Resource pack boss music filename?

    I'm trying to change the music files, but I haven't found a definitive list of filenames and folders, so I've had to find other packs and hope that they have something new. I've changed the assets/minecraft/sounds/music/game/end/end.ogg, and that works once i go to the end, but as soon as I respawn the EnderDragon, it switches to some peaceful minecraft music. The only other file (that i know of) in the music/game/end folder is credits.ogg, which is after you defeat the dragon. On an official minecraft music page (http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Music) it says there's a 'boss' file for the ender dragon battle. I made a boss.ogg and put it in both the music/game/end folder and the generic music/game folder, neither of which worked. Do I put the file somewhere else, do i have the wrong filename, or is it not even possible to change the music there?

    I've had a similar problem with 1.10.2. the music works about half the time. Sometimes it plays through the whole thing, other times I get a few seconds. It's kinda annoying.

    i think this should help, so thank you. Is there a way to run a command if at any point the 'detect' command is false? Referencing the previously mentioned if-statement, the Else part.


    if the spider is climbing x+1, I would want to stop at the "HERE" in the following command and switch to a different command

    execute @e[type=Spider] ~ ~ ~ detect ~ ~-1 ~ air 0 execute @e[type=Spider] ~ ~ ~ detect ~1 ~ ~ air 0 HERE execute @e[type=Spider] ~ ~ ~ detect ~ ~ ~1...


    at HERE: rotate spider or (tp ~ ~-500 ~) it and summon a rotated one

    Is there a way to apply a command to mobs that meet certain standards? For example, I'm pretty sure there's no way to rotate a spider sideways, but if there was...

    If the block below the spider is air, continue. If not, ignore the rest of the code

    if the block x+1 is air, continue. If not, rotate the spider so that the bottom of the mob is facing the block

    if the block x-1 is air, continue. If not, rotate the spider... etc.

    if the block z+1... etc.


    this would make a spider "climb" a wall (if it were possible to rotate spiders)

    Is there a way to apply the command (in this example, rotate) to only the spiders that meet the specific criteria? I don't want every spider in the world to rotate the same direction simultaneously.


    basically it's an if statement:

    if y-1 =/= air: stop

    else:

    if x-1 =/= air...

    I didn't see any other place to suggest maps, so I'm just putting it here.


    Either I'm looking for a previously made map or I'd like someone to make it. It'd be awesome if there was a map or set of maps related to Metroid Prime. It could turn out to be a pretty big map, but if the individual rooms are recognizable from the original MP game, I would be happy. Please help me find this or make a new map.

    I'm looking for a mod that improves swordplay. I know there's already a mod with new moves, but I'd like to see the player's sword follow their cursor/cross hairs. It'd make fighting slightly more challenging, and it'd be better than just click click jump click. It'd also be cool if the sword had a trail behind it. If the custom fighting would apply to thirdperson as well, that'd look awesome

    is there a way i could specify if a specific player died? I'm making a game where everyone is trying to kill one specific player, and that player is holding the tnt. When that player (and only that player) dies, give tnt to the nearest living player. If anyone else dies, nothing special happens. Can I do this somehow?

    When a player holding tnt dies, I want to give the nearest player tnt. Basically I want to run the following command when Player1 dies:

    /execute <Player1.corpse> ~ ~ ~ give @p tnt


    Is there a way to do this or to work around it?

    Is there a way I could give apply a full set of armor and a potion effect to any player holding a specific item? I know how to find the item in an inventory, and i know how to give armor and potion effects, but how do i give the armor/effects only to the player holding the item? Also, for every player NOT holding the item, I want to give them a sword and a different potion effect. I'm assuming this would be a similar command.

    there is a way to make a sword shoot arrows, and i'm sure you can adjust it to shoot wither skulls. Ever heard of the program MCreator? you can make your own mod with blocks, weapons, textures, mobs, and stuff like that. It can't do everything, but it's still pretty useful
