Sounds like a great idea, I was actually thinking the same thing and searched up to see if anyone else did it.

I always use quicktime player and I never have lag! That may be because I have a super good hackintosh though...

If you're really desperate, you could try some free downloads for screenflow, but that might be a virus.

i cant find 32 bit java anywhere even the link you posted is 64 bit.... Can someone please reply with a link to 32 bit java?

If you are using windows a windows update might reduce lag (update to the same version you already had or delete a bunch of stuff)

Guessing from what everyone else says and from my opinion, I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to create a modpack unless you have to permission to use all the mods that you are going to put in the modpack. You could make one if you either had all the permissions or if you did not distribute it and kept all the mods for yourself and recording.
