They change the Player Damage sound to steve singing to take away some violence.
Creeper is given mickey mouse ears and emits flowers instead of blowing up.
Zombie is re-textured to snow white.

People are more likely to read your argument if you put into bite-sized pieces called Paragraphs.
Seriously, a lot of people don't like have a giant wall of text stuck in their face.

Back to the subject, I run MC on a Macbook Pro 13" on Fancy, Far and Max FPS. I rarely get lag spikes like I used to and this is with just 4 gbs of ram on my computer. 1.6.2 hasn't changed anything for me on the lag scale.

You're going on about the game as if it's permanently set to night? Why are people complaining so much about what happens at night when you're supposed to hide or skip using a bed which I've said loads of times now on this post?

If I create a new world, I gradually build up supplies and skip or hide nighttime accordingly. Once you have built up areas and tons of resources, there really is no threat at all. With a properly lit up area, you could still AFK at night quite easily.

If I create a new world and wanted to explore, I would chop some wood, kill a few sheep and grab some food. Make a bed and skip the night every dawn.

There are these things called "Caves".

IRL Musket/Arequebus shots went straight through plate armour. If it can do that I'm pretty sure you'd be on 3 hearts roughly. Assuming your Iron/Steel armour is of norm quality. Armour actually did protect people up unitil round a bout 1700s when there were better quality firearms. It's a bit contradictory but it depends on what musket/firearm we want implemented. If it's the early ones, then they really won't be effective agaisnt someones armour. If it's the later ones it would be borderline OP.

It's actually good because now you can't just run around outside willy-nilly doing anything you want. They (Zombies) needed buff pretty badly and now here it comes. Game gets too easy people complain, make it harder, people still complain. Any one experienced in minecraft should be smart enough to sleep/wait out zombie hordes or even try to take them out successfully.

I've always pondered why Donkeys are only another form of the Horse mob we have now.

To be honest, I frankly would like to see the Donkey be "re-implemented" to be its own technical mob with its own spawn rate.

The major issue of the Donkey being an extension of the Horse is that it is incredibly rare. At a mere fraction of the rate in which actual horses spawn; these things are half worthless if you spend truely enough time trying to find one. Your likely to see quite a few dozen horse by the time you find one Donkey, and you'll probably have accumluated so much stored stuff you might not need the handy side-chest. This also deters the use of the Horse Spawn egg. Your likely to get many horses before one donkey and a freak donkey in a horse herd. They don't despawn anymore, so why bother keeping them the same mob? Perhaps Donkeys can spawn in deserts at the rate horses do in plains, sort of similar to the real animal and adding life and some more purpose to deserts.

But keeping them as is sort of induces reasonable rarity and makes them a valuable trophy. It also prevents issues with the Mule. Technically since it is a hybrid, it could be either a Donkey or Horse mob. Perhaps the breeding could be done like it had used to be done between the Cow and Mooshroom (two seperate mobs; although this form of breeding was removed), producing the mule and preventing the inability to breed the "sub"mob that it is.

These are just some spitballed ideas. Shed your light on whether you believe or not that Donkeys should stay their own mob.

Building large castles with automated systems. The reason I don't play creative is that mining gives occasion to a lot of construction as well, and I have to think more about what materials I use.

The 1.6 update just removed all the bugs and glitches I had.
The new "useless" stuff your mentioning is mostly just for cosmetic purposes.
Plus the horses are really good for traveling now.

You'll find your share of griefers/trolls in any game and they exist solely because they get their rocks off on ing off others. Commonly overheard: "Man, that person must have been so ed! U MAD BRO?" as they squeal with delight at their blatant display of schadenfreude.

Like Chefbarbie said, "Feed them and they will grow." Act like what they're doing isn't a hindrance to you in the least and they tend to wither away.

It depends on your personality. Personally, I wouldn't buy it because I have seen better graphics and better gameplay that world of Warcraft. If you are curious of what games that have better graphics and gameplay, I would recommend:

~ League of Legends
~ Dofus
~ Wakfu
~ Dragon Nest
~ PristonTale 1 (This is hard as to level, so if you are up to a challenge use this)
~ PristonTale 2 (Even harder)
~ Realm PristonTale (One of the best private servers of PristonTale and is SOOOO much to level and gather things.. Also has extra maps, mobs and more people than the normal pt)

I would specially recommend Realm PristonTale ( www.realmpt.com ) and League of Legends ( google it )
