    Thanks for the replies. :)

Yeah I was thinking about doing that but I don't know. I get kind of carried away with making everything symmetrical and uniform looking and I think it will turn out better if I let them grow naturally. The only thing I really don't want is those stupid trees with like 20 logs or those short ones that look more like bushes.
ah, glad Im not the only OCD minecrafter lol. My friends like to bug me by planting trees and sugarcane in crooked rows all the time. I cant stand it lol.

Yes, but that is not profit, there was alot of hours and money that went into creating the game. All that money had to pay for all of that, plus future updates which are free, plus your overhead to keep electricity, running water, building rental... I could go on, but the fact of the matter is just because they made a good chunk of money off of the games release doesn't mean they can coast the rest of their lives off of it.

Yes employees would get paid for their time doing "free stuff", but the company would not, and if the company does not get paid, jobs don't last, then the employees don't get paid :)
Actually the game turned a profit on the very first day......just so you know,

I I never expected any DLC to be free and will never expect DLC to be free. I never work for free (unless you count the yardwork the wife has me do) and will never work for free (unless Im helping a friend or relative, even then I may not work for free).

leaderboards do lie, mine stats seem to get wiped every time my wife uses her account to split screen with me, not really sure why. Wished they worked so I could see how much I have mined/farmed/killed total.

If the cost was right I would rent a server for Minecraft, however seeing as they would charge what they did for BF 3 servers (I rented one of those for 3 months as well) I doubt I could swing that kind of cash for minecraft.

...No. I won't expect 4J Studios to waste their time on this stuff just because one person made a thread with some scattered ideas.
Yeah I dont really expect them to do it either for just 1 person, hence why I suggested it and with the exception of yourself it seems everyone else that responded has liked my ideas, scattered or not........

I think these and some of the mods from the pc should be incorporated, since MS don't want us to have extra fun...

What mods should they add? (which do you use most)

I like the clay soldiers mod, tornado mod, netherack mod (redstone controlled fires) etc.

    They should just include them.

And make bare necessities craft able, if they include clay soldiers, I want some goddamn clay!
glacier is the best map I have found so far for clay, it even had loads of clay before they fixed clay....

Not entirely sure what you mean, however with my chest rooms I often signify what is in the chest by placing a block of that item on the wall behind the chest or on the floor in front.
I have done the same thing but I place my chest on the blocks instead. Really easy to find what I need quickly this way...

I like the way you think. Creativity is a beautiful part of this game. Why take away the guessing?
I agree, the creativity of this game is what keeps pulling me back to it, I thought of most of these items because my friends are amazed at what I use to make some common furniture that you cannot craft. Seems I am always building their houses and decorating it for them, thought maybe if there was some pre-fab aka creatable items to decorate with then they wouldnt need my help all the time. Plus I just find it odd that a bed and bookshelf are the only 2 peices of furniture you can craft, 3 if you count the furnace as a stove. I spent countless hours figuring out some of the furniture that we are missing.

Only peice of furniture that I really have trouble with is a sink and a toilet, If I had the cauldron that the PC version has I am certain those two items would improve greatly.

these are some really good ideas I really want furniture i know you can make a soffa out of stairs and signs but that is all i know maybe when the pistons come out they might be able to be used as tables.
Yeah I can make some furniture but some of it looks sorta generic, just thought it would be nice to be able to craft it to make a fully furnished house.

First off let me say that I had never played Minecraft til the 360 version came out, I have looked into what exsists in the CPU version since to see what I was missing, however I noticed some things were not in either game but may exsist in mods (PC only).

So I would love to see some furniture added that was craftable, some items are made of stainless steel though and that would entail them to add some new ores to be able to make steel.

First to make stainless steel you would need to bring in both copper and tin ores to make bars out of them. Combining them would make Steel bars and Combining Steel bars with 1 Iron bar would make Stainless Steel.

Stainless Steel Kitchen sink - Made with 4 stainless steel bars, 1 lever and a bucket of water.
Stainless Steel Refrigerator - Made with 6 stainless steel bars, 1 block of ice/snow and 2 chests.
Stainless Steel Stove - Made with a furnace and 2 stainless Steel bars.

Also colored variations of the 3 above kitchen appliances could be made by using regular steel and adding in a block of whatever color you want wool.

Dyed wool along with a wooden door to create a painted door (different colors)
Also, we could make a toilet from Wool, a lever, Glass and a bucket of water.
A shower/tub from Glass, iron or steel and a bucket of water.

A TV from glass, Wool and a some redstone.

Dresser/wardrobe - Wood Planks and a chest (So you could store stuff in your dresser/wardrobe)
Also, when crafting a bed would be cool if you could make your bed a different color depending on the color of wool you use.

Right now there is so much missing that we have to be way too creative to try to furnish a house in this game. Plus who doesnt like more stuff.

Also would be nice to make a musket (I have seen this as a CPU mod). Make it to where each shot needed gunpowder and lead balls (Lead would be made from Iron and Gravel crafted together) Making ammo hard but not impossible to obtain as this would be a powerful weapon.

    And while Im suggesting stuff.

How about block shapes? Right now all blocks are just that blocks, would be nice to craft dirt wedges and dirt half moons to create round shapes and ramps (dirt was just an example here and all blocks would be nice to have more shapes.)

Also, The abilty to create a lockable chest only openable by a key or a lockpick = would be made like a regular chest but need 2 skeleton bones for keys and redstone and stone for locking mechinism).

When crafted you would make a chest and 2 keys to the chest (lose them and they are gone and the chest is locked until you find a lockpick (New rare dungeon chest reward) Keys would be made by crafting Skeleton bones. Copies of your keys could be made using sand and your keys. Your keys would only open your chests and likewise.

Like I already said, I know CPU has mods for some of this but this is the XBOX version and this would all be nice if added, but I understand if it never is, One can only Dream...........
