Okay so I get a fresh minecraft_server.jar from the official website, I make sure it runs and it does perfectly. I follow the instructions on the official Forge website to install it to a server, I open the minecraft_server.jar and throw the files in there, and then it just crashes each time I attempt to start it up. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
I get the recommended universal version of Forge for 1.6.2, Forge 9.10.0, i've also tried the latest version as it recommends that as a fix if it crashes and it still doesn't work.
Anyone having issues with Mutant spawning with ExtraBiomesXL mod on an SMP server. Spawn rates work at intended with vanilla minecraft and Mutant Creatures... but with ExtrabiomesXL mod, I have only seen 1 (mutant creeper ambush.. had to run away lol) and heard one (mutant zombie waiting outside my cave) with 2 weeks of playing.
I loaded a vanilla work with must Mutant Creatures on an SMP server and the spawn rates worked fine... Any help.. ideas?

I only use Mutant Creatures, GuideCraft mods and I have the spawn rate at its highest but when playing singleplayer or LAN I don't see any of them like ever. I've seen one mutant creeper, which I disabled because they seem to see through walls and blow up my houses for no reason, but since then nothing. Dahell?
Is anyone else having an issue with the mutants spawning? Do they spawn in all difficulties, except peaceful ofcourse. I had the spawn rate at the normal 10/30, What is a good spawn rate to atleast see one per night? I know I installed it all correctly.
Well I noticed them spawning when I turned it up to 30 but Mutant Creepers are still wayyyy too buggy for me to enjoy them. I'm not sure which of these it does but it does something like: Attacks/Notices you through walls or attacks random animals/mobs. Either way they destroy my houses without it being my fault. I do enjoy the zombie mutants though so I guess i'll keep this as the only mod I like.
Yeah as other people have already said it is basically impossible to create multiple wall jumps now, I still like it better than it making me jump in lava and off cliffs though.
I was thinking maybe have it be double tap A or D, your left or right movement, while in air and near a wall and you would 180 rotate the direction you pressed, So yes you would end up facing the same spot wither you pressed A or D.
@Delay3d, Thanks bunches it was just the old forge version I had. I kept trying to find newer ones right when 1.4.2 came out but couldn't find any and finally got linked to the version 5 I had saying it worked. Well thanks again

I am getting the recommended version of Forge, version 5.0.0.323 and i've tried the universal and client versions.
Edit : This would be the Twilight Forest mod but let me remind you it is yet to be installed. I am only trying to install Forge to a clean minecraft 1.4.2
Version 1.4.2, Screenshot shows me at the 1.4.2 Twilight Forest Mod didn't know that took a wizard to put together.
Nothing special about my game, Clean except for the forge files.
Problem is in the screenshot.
I have MC edit but it isn't on the list, So I tried custom and typed in 66 and also tried 383 : 66 which is what Too Many Items says is the spawn code for the egg.
Can/How do I make witches spawn from Mob Spawners?
When I install forge and then start up minecraft it gets stuck at a Done Loading screen. Has anyone else had this issue or the knowledge of how to fix it?
