Actually, it is not satanic at all. The thought that an upside down cross is a symbol of Satan is a relatively new idea. In fact, the upside down cross is a symbol of St. Peter, as legends say he was crucified upside down.
I loved the seeing through glass part. IN my first house, I was hiding at the back of my house for a whole night, and this creeper just kept staring at me through the window...
But an in game guide would be much faster and easier to access. I like this idea.
For a second I thought you were Yggdrasel returned from retirement, based on your avatar. Then I saw your username... Ahh Yggdrasel...
Anyway, this is a good idea, but I think another alternative is a world that comes with each client downloaded, called "Starting World". It has all structures like Strongholds, Abandoned mineshafts, etc. It also has starting chests, instructional signs, and other things like that.
I'm sorry, but this is already suggested. However, I like your ideas. Do you mind if I put this in the Redstone Megathread? Too bad, I'm doing it anyway. Just letting you know.
I must say, isukun, I agree with Yoshi. Yoshi's points are extremely valid. I strongly support the griefing argument. While griefers can easily make hacks to completely level things, this would make it easier to grief purely because it is a vanilla feature. By using easily acquirable materials, like iron, to make the locks, the potential for griefing is amplified. Zombe's cheat mod has an ore finder, and while there is code to prevent it from being used, many don't know that. I used it once in a creative 1.7 world and I got half an inventory full of iron and 3 stacks of diamonds within twenty minutes. I think that is enough to fill a two story house or two.
I have a solution to nonrenewables: move away and make more mines. There are billions of diamonds in one world, and if you have exhausted all of them, you must have no life. And too many dimensions seems like a plea for more people, rather than an improvement on the game. Fix the issues we have and add things to the existing dimensions before adding more.
I like the first reply the most. However, it should have some basic recipes, examples of a good home, a dark area for fighting monsters, and an area rich in ores.I like the first reply the most. For the peppers, it could cause you to catch on fire, but not take damage [unless you eat too many]. That is what basically happens in real life, right?
Hold spacebar and left click. I know multitasking is slightly tasking for the brain but practice makes perfect :smile.gif:
Ever tried that in SkyBlock? It's not perfect you know, you can just as easily begin shifting to the side and then falling to your death, or the water source could freeze, causing you to fall to you death. While it is still a viable method, some people would like an easier way.

NO! Search "minecrafter" or "MacModder". Both have worked well for me.

One thing YOU have failed to consider is the difficulty involved.
