Why do you want this position?: I would like to have this position because being staff requires responsibility, honest, respect, and teamwork. I always reach out to people who are by themselves and need help. It must suck for you to work on that server by yourself, thats why you went looking for help. I am on minecraft a lot, if I wont be able to to be on for a while, I would notify one of my fellow staff members. Being Administrator requires some discipline, which I have. I hope with my help and other staff members, we could make this server big. Being a part of a team is a huge for me, because I could have opinions with people I work with, and help them out as well. That is why I think I am the guy for this position.
What previous experiences have you had with creating servers?: I have had a lot of experiences with servers. I have been Administrator on 2 servers but the owner of those two servers gave up. One time, I was on a server called hawkcraft, I was their most dedicated player. They were about to promote me to staff. But another person on the server was jealous. Out of that jealousy, he deciede to DDOS the server. I hope your server never faces the threat of DDOS.
Why should you be apart of the team?: Well, being a part of a team is helping out others and others helping out you. But I didn't mention that being in a team is a challenge. You have to put up with SOME people who you might not get along with, but its amazing how you can still work with them. Its also good with making new friends (and expanding my Skype contact list). That is why I should be apart of "The Team".
Do you understand the basics of how plug-ins work?: To be honest with you, I don't have much experience with plug-ins, I always found them scary. But If you could give me a chance, I will take the challenge and time to learn plug-in basics so I could be able to help you with your server.
