Eh, try removing Smart Moving and see if it does anything. If you can, please shut your server down, start it up, and give me the start up log. It would also be helpful if you could die or try respawning so you have to return to spawn and show me the console output when you respawn.
I played around with it but I do not know what the 'startup log' is or where fo find it.
List all your plugins, mods, and provide a copy of your server log. I can't help you when you provide such little information.

maybe look into mcedit where their spawmpoints are after they log out. if you set all of them to the central spawnpoint it will reset. at least thats how it works by me
Can you clarify please? I'm not sure how to set them all to the central spawn point, if I would need to do this every time, or if this is supposed to keep them from spawning at a lower y coordinate.
I am running an MCPC+ server and when people log in they spawn a variable quantity of blocks below the location they logged out. This is a problem as it causes people to drown or fall in different situations- to their deaths (though if they don't die the server will move them back to where they are supposed to be after about 30 seconds). Is this caused by a plugin mod or lag?
toss up a screenshot of your setup, remember the lever has to go on the opposite side of the lecturn (left/right) if made out of wood Only use vanilla Oak, no other wood seems to register. I've made mine out of netherbrick and sunstone (pain to collect enough).
again a screenshot will help figure out the error if any.

I just did and I saw another post of this video but it really doesn't help. I am building the crafting alter as described and shown, making a spell, putting it on the lectern, and throwing in a blank rune to no avail. Perhaps it is something to do with the lever? I have tried it in both positions and alternating positions throughout various stages of the setup though. : (
Because some people were saying biomes o plenty might be causing issues I attempted to create a crafting alter without this installed and had the same issue. Can someone make a video of setting up a crafting alter? I built it according to the compendium but it does not function.

When I make a crafting alter, the crafting alter block's recipe is not available.
After making the alter based on the recipe shown in a 'lets play' and putting a written book on the lectern and throwing in a blank rune nothing happens. This last may be my fault if I am supposed to somehow power it with a nexus which I built right next to it but don't know how to link with a crystal wrench? I only watched the first two episodes of your 'lets play' and it didn't mention anything like that was necessary.

The MCPC+ specific player api must be on the client as well? It won't work if the client uses the forge version?

Aggressive mounts will automatically move towards anything doing range damage to you or it while you are riding.
Mounted creatures can attack while you are in combat.
Some mounted creatures will follow and defend you while you are on the ground like a wolf.
For the wyvern controls, it would be nice to have an accelerated descent button.
