I found the problem and fixed it. I feel like an idiot now...

I did that, and that fixed the GUI problem, and to the person above, I completely re installed the vanilla Minecraft 2 times to try and fix it.

Earlier today my Minecraft was messing up, the controls were not working properly. I could not open my inv, could only walk sideways and could not jump while moving.

Then I force installed to try to fix it. (at the time I had Aether and TooManyItems mods.) Then this happened. Everything was normal sized but the GUI.

And after deleting my whole .minecraft folder I re installed it, and it was working fine for the first 3 minutes and now the controls are not working anymore. Can anyone help?

Also, it's quite easy to get MOBS to travel upwards (look up mob elevator).. so if you're building an underground trap, move the mobs up THEN kill em. Problem solved!

Piston mod can propel items upwards, and a series of pistons with the right timing can raise them as high as you like. Triggering the pistons to start with might be difficult though, because a piston would destroy a pressure plate, and water couldn't run through one.

Thats what I was thinking. I just can't figure out a way to trigger it once an item lands on it.

Like mob drops, feathers,leather,arrows,bones, etc.

Alright I know they have minecraft geniuses on the forums. I was wondering if it was at all possible to make items travel upwards? I can use the piston mod if that help.

Thanks for the advice. I will probably split up the instructions into 3 parts maybe.

I am about to start doing Let's Plays again. My first video tho will be a video going over the basics of crafting and stuff. I was just wondering a couple things.

1. What else should I cover in my crafting video?
I am going over all the crafting materials, (wood-diamond),pork and bread, how cobble is made, how obsidian is made, how to make a portal, how to craft each tool. ( i just noticed I missed the sword, and I need to show armor) how to make flint and steel and where to get flint.



2. What texture pack if any would appeal to most of the audience?

3. Should I use a random seed or one like Glacier or something?

My server just turned off. Are you doing updates or something?

I just wanna say thanks for the upgrade to the RAM and helping me with all the problems I had with my server. You guys are great.

I'm having a lot of troubles with my server atm. JWJ is trying his best to fix it and I appreciate it. I'm hoping we can get something done about it though.

The support service is great though.

I just bought a server from brohosting.com. I cant join it because I am not on the whitelist. I added myself but I still cant join. Does anyone know how to take it off?

It was really fun. I was competing against my friend.

My new version of a spider trap since spiders now climb. This is version 1 and was made in only 5 mins. I'm working on v2 and it will loot the thread and act as a cactus farm. And if possible be able to fit on your roof to protect your house from spiders.
