posted a message on The Farmer's Union of Minecraft (FUM)
I remember starting this clan little more than a year ago before joining the Republic of Atlas. I have resigned from that clan, and I want to give this one a fresh new reboot. I copy and pasted from the old thread, so let me just give you a basic idea before you delve into it:

The Farmer's Union of Minecraft is based on the fundamentals of agriculture and agricultural systems within Minecraft. We wish to help grow the food to feed and help those who play on the servers, and in return we generate a profit and establish a community

    Farmers Union of Minecraft (FUM)

When you take into context the various "Jobs" one can have in Minecraft (Some even being implemented in server plugins), you can take a look at mining, building, hunting, and so on.

But the best way to survive in the game, even with those, is with a systematic organization of foodstuff and resource production. You have sources of meat (Pigs, cows, chickens), wool (Sheep), leather (cows), bread and other ingredients (Wheat), and other foods like fish, potatoes, carrots, etc..

To benefit (And help earn a share of) a server's respect and welfare, sometimes you can use skills you have best, like farming. Here I have developed several jobs and ideals and other concepts. So, let's begin with those.

    Organization of FUM's Farming System:

This organization's system of where farms will be located and set up with economist Johann Heinrich von Thunen's model; pictured as so:

To this, there will only be two major edits:
    1. Forests will be there for both hostile mob development, woodcutting and mining.
    2. The city and market will most likely be combined.

It allows for better and more simplified setup and distribution of farms around an area. And, I will assure you that this does not have to be circular, and will most likely take other shapes. However, for organization's sake, there will be boundaries to be set up with each zone.

    Rules and Codes of Conduct:

    1. Respect other workers.
    2. Respect your higher-ups, they are able to demote you. And, if you get that bad, they are allowed to assemble a vote for me to ban you from the clan.
    3. Do not kill other members; this falls under rule number one.
    4. Do not damage farms, farm equipment, livestock or crops.
    5. If I have to decree a rule, you best listen to it as, and the server will run as a constitutional democracy, in that case it must be very important.
    6. Put "Old Spice" in your application.

Constitutes and Statements for Organization and Farm Systems

*This will have constitutions and declarations for operating farms. While empty for now, new rules can be suggested by farmers, and will pass under a vote of the Association of District Managers. Which will be cited by my approval or Jack's approval.

    Variants of Farms:

Dairy: As the name implies; these folks take care of cattle to help produce milk and also breed cows for more (We'll find a use for it as time goes on) production of it.

Mixed Crop and Livestock: While this is normally for the former to feed the latter, it doesn't work the same in Minecraft. As a result, both will be for distribution.

Ranch: Mainly animals on a free range.

Sugarcane Plantation: Growing sugarcane for its slew of uses.

Granary: Here we will grow wheat for bread and to distribute to other farms to breed animals. We'll also sell off refuge seeds if the capacity for the farm is reached.

Veggie Farm: Roots, watermelon, and vegetables. Carrots, potatoes, etc.

Orchard: For the production of apples and golden apples to make.

Hostile Production: For the production of fertilizers (Bonemeal), as well as other hostile mob drops to sell.

    Positions of Workers:

Union Leader: This is me and will only be me, unless standards are met under a very gruff and strict criteria, as I started the clan. The job of the Union Leader is to direct activities and officially dictate (While under vote of District Manager[See below]) the location and designation of farms.

District Manager: These will be people in charge of designated groups of farms around different cities. They have the right to enforce rules (They cannot be cruel, jested/foul-tempered or simply dumb, and I will check to make sure so doesn't happen when the opportunity arises) of the farms they are in charge of. They will tax landowners for the majority of their crops and will take a very minute as payment.

Landowners: As the name implies, these folks have power over the farms they choose and assign (I will most likely work on a questionnaire to see what fits best with you) the type of farm you will be working on. You're responsible for the injuries and/or deaths of workers, even with or without security.

Surveyors: These folks will help pick both proper servers to grow as well as good spots to start settlements.

Security Officials: Like the name implies; they make sure nothing goes awry while on the task.

Farmers: The basic worker or "Gopher" of the group. You'll generally start out at this if you do not request a specific job or position. You'll plant and harvest.

Architects: These guys will build the farms and other constructions upon request of the Association of District Managers' (ADM) vote; cited by my approval.

Engineers: Redstone-savvy fellers that will help by working to develop machinery to ensure fast and plentiful harvests and other benefits.

Marketeers: Under the jurisdiction of District Managers, and representing the FUM, the buyers and sellers will do so in markets (Either with other players or to deposit to the server to distribute) in towns to earn the clan a profit.

Produce Creation Department: These workers will be responsible for creating different recipes from our products.

    FUM and Industry:

Now, a community can't just rely on a bunch of plants, can it? I will begin work on a special arm of the Union that focuses on mining, smelting and related crafts. However, just to start off things simple I will leave this be for the time being.

    Application:

    IGN:
    Skype Name:
    Age:
How long have you been playing Minecraft?:
What kind of position are you looking for (If there are too many for one job, you will automatically be bumped to farmer as they're extremely important) (Optional):
What are you willing to contribute to the clan?:
Would you like to be called by nickname (Repetitive ones will be rejected to avoid confusion):
How much time are you willing to devote in a week?:
IF DESIRING TO WORK AS A LANDOWNER (Not everyone can have this job, however) What kind of farm would you like to work at?:
    Did you read the rules?:
    Anything else I should know?:

I might be absent in certain times, due to me being a lazy shat things that I get caught up in relating to family and school. So, in the case that you don't have your app accepted for a while, I'm probably just gone. I will give the Co-Leader (When they are appointed) the ability, and if he/she isn't able to do it, I'll just pick the next higher up who I can trust.

Well. I've been in a buttload of clans, so I decided, "Hey, why not start one as a side project?"

    So, let us begin.

I want to note that this is the first attempt I've had at trying to run a clan. I want to see if it was possible. I'll be just starting out, and I have a lot of work to do over the past while. If you do want to join, I want to make sure you will not grief or dis-benefit the clan in any way, and I will perform a background check to make sure anything doesn't happen.

Thank you for that incredibly pointless and insulting statement.

That's like going into a pizzeria just to tell the owner that his pizza sucks, then walk out.

Well, given I've only seen the premiere and S3E4, can someone tell me what happened recently, or, give me the episode?

I'm seeing an awful lot of Trixie, and it intrigues me to see what all the futz is about.

    Finished, so some thoughts:

I must say that I was very disappointed, as, as Dominic stated, the whole thing had come out very Mary-Sue-ish, with Twilight all of the sudden knowing a plethora of spells (Which probably won't even be applied as the season progresses.), and all of the sudden can reverse her and someone else's own gravity, something which I personally rank to as an ability that can and should only be performed by someone on the level of a deity. The villain, Sombre or whatever the hell his name was, had very little background besides being some evil that attacked the Crystal Empire. He really didn't seem like much, as all he did was snarl a few menacing words, and despite how he looked and acted, I found him much less threatening than Chrysalis, for example.

I suppose it had some decencies, but the flaws outweigh the scale like a mouse to a battle tank.
    I'd give it a 2/10
