Hm. Speaking of the empty cart running off... now I'm imagining a version of this that is weaponized, and drops TNT as it runs along. Then instead of neatly erasing itself, it leaves a wake of destruction.
That is a great idea. You could send it off and it would destroy stuff without you even needing to do anything. But I guess it's only cool if you like destruction, like me, and hopefully everyone else on earth...
This is one of those things where it just reminds me of how much the PS3 sucks compared to the 360.
Since there's no party chat on ps3, you have to rely on game chat, and... as you said there's no muting. Period.
Not sure what Sony was thinking with this one.. But they really n eeded it. Luckily I believe that they put all that on PS4 though. So I mean, PS4 seems appealing but I think PS3 is garbage.. I had one but got rid of it. But I might get PS4 though.
Ps3 also has one notable advantage: PSN is free of charge
Strange, the only thing I could think of that would be different in your survival world is that it is not a superflat, which does not explain your findings, maybe someone else has had this problem too and found a fix.
This is a common occurrence with mobs. One possible solution is to make the holding cells big enough so that the villagers do not collide with each other, if you can. Also, the more villagers that are in a tight spot, the more likely some of them will get pushed through the wall. Another possible solution could be to make the wall 2 or more blocks thick, though it may suffocate the villagers if they get pushed into it.
Actually, you could combine the two, having it clone the track ahead and delete the track behind, keeping you on one segment. Saves you the mess. Plus, someone could use this for an easy On A Rail achievement.
Yes, instead of cloning the track behind you to appear in front of you, just set a command block to delete the track behind you. You could probably set one command block to do both, so you wouldn't have to change the setup very much. But, I do agree with Thanatos about leaving the track behind, although there is really no good reason for it.
You sir, are a success at life. I don't know about real life, but definitely at Minecraft life. Really nice build, but it could use a few more torches.
I think that is pretty cool. This would be a great way to show off Minecraft's world generation to someone new to Minecraft, since it would keep going at a nice, steady speed and never stop.
Me and some friends had a bug similar to this that broke all pistons on the current world ; they could not extend or retract. The only way we could fix it was to exit the world and load it up again. We only had this bug 2 or 3 times and never had it again for some reason.
