Experience with servers: Hello, I have been staff on many server which my roles were Developer, Admin and Co-Owner. I have 7 years experience as a developer and my role was to see all the plugins are all working and without bugged so players doesn't wanna complain about the issues on the server or open tickets. My experience as an admin was very fantastic because I have been manage a lot of stuff on the server such as making events for server that any players can participate and won prize, and some other time was great because sometime player can be a bit rude but due to some staff were not available for the server so I manage to make the players to be respect to other staff if they're offline from the server. And the last experience position was Co-owner. For me as a co-owner, I'm used to find something with the owner of the server like suggested ideas or game modes for the server or even putting some list of ideas for players to vote and we create the server or mode with the developer.

What makes you special: What make me special is that I'm making people laugh sometimes and making sure that I'm doing the right thing even if people said bad to me. And it's not like everything are easy for me but I'm try to challenge myself until I'm succeed something special from player or people around me.

Previous experience or resume: I have previous experience as an admin on a 200+ members in discord server and they created a server which is survival recently. My experience was a bit tough because due to some players behaviours and disrespect toward staff members alot. I have manage and try to get them being kind, respect other players and also staff. For like 1-2 months or even 3 weeks, I have been making an event for players to challenging or racing to get rewards.
