I was once got a position as an admin and staff manager, which I manage all the applicants on Minecraft Server. I was making sure everything runs smoothly with the mods and trainees, mentoring them, monitoring their progress, providing them with events, etc. Check staff applications regularly and decide whether they should be accepted or denied within less than 30 days. Respond to reports of staff misbehavior and punish or warn staff members accordingly. Demote staff members fully or to a lower rank if they frequently misbehave or abuse their rank.
