Builder requirements:
» 14+ y/o
» Previous building experience
» Good work ethic
» Can work in teams
» Good knowledge of Factions and the themes & color of the server.
» Be able to communicate with Management and builder team.

2x Developers -- Payed (When the server has had 2 months of income)*
2x Builders -- Payed (When the server has had 2 months of income)*
2x Helper -- Not Payed
1x Graphics Designer -- Payed (When the server has had 2 months of income)*
1x Community Manager** -- Possible payed***
* Will be payed after the server has had two months of an income. Paychecks will vary.
** A community manager will think of concepts for new ideas and, managing the community. They will be the forefront of the server, other than the Owners and will have similar perms as an owner (you must apply by directly messaging me in Discord)
*** You may be payed if we get enough income.
Staff will be payed via this ratio -
60% Server : 40% Staff
Staff will be payed by the following percentages of the 40% given to staff
50% Owners
15% Builders
10% Graphics Designer
25% Developer
In simple terms, if the server earns $400 in one month, the server would receive $240 and the staff would get $160.
$80 to owners
15% - Builders get $24
10% - Graphics Designer get $16
25% - $40 Developers

The server has AAC which is accessible my mods and above (/aacadmin) and /v which is helper and above.
The server is still in beta so some features may not work yet.
