Hey guys I run a small server off of an airport. My local ip address just recently changed from 10.0.1.3 to 10.0.1.9
I followed the same procedure, and forwarded the 25565 port to 10.0.1.9 now no one can connect and I only can when I use my local ip address

Well are you looking to host files that you made? Or are you just using a template. Also what is the point of this site. If you are making it in html you could use external pictures and for that I would recommend webs.com
Just try to make a functional website, it doesn't need to have a point, but just as long as your getting some practice that's all you really need. You didn't say if you had access to Photoshop or not, but it's a must now that most website designers begin their design in PS.
