    yeh, a lot. but an intentionally annoying reject item is still annoying

    What about giving slag a proper use? This way it's not a useless dump item, but can be used to make some items.

    Have you ever thought of putting VERY early firearms in? Maybe arquebuses (Not muskets, and flintlocks were invented ~1700s so not period correct). They would take the least effort to shoot (Point, click and BANG! (With a slight delay between ignition and shot, this isn't a modern rifle)), but takes a long time to load, is very inaccurate and the ammunition is expensive if you want something that can actually hit hard (Although the bullets are made from metal chunks, you still need to provide paper and black powder.) An arquebus pistol would be cheaper and faster to load (Kinda like the hand crossbow), but has even worse spread.

    About the redstone thing, would Project Red wire/MFR cable be compatible in that update?

    Also, maybe have custom filters for a defense system? Say you and your friends get detected in the 'buddies' filter, and a vault opens up and reveals your loots. After a while, your worst enemy tries to sneak in, but is detected under the 'enemies' filter and a piston floor opens up underneath him, dropping him into lava or a pit with security robots in it :D. Or you could add a 'Prank' filter so that a friend of yours gets attacked by dispensers firing lots and lots of eggs at them when they get near their house, and you are unaffected. The possibilities are endless! Filters could interact with different coloured Project Red or MFR wires/cables so that they travel under different red stone signals, making a security network compact and efficient.

    I have a few questions:

    1. Do security cameras emit redstone signals? If not, it would be nice so that for map makers you can make special events happen upon being seen, or for normal players have the intruder fall into a deadly pit while getting mobbed by security bots :D

    2. Will there by Compatability with flans mod: EMP grenades anyone? Or the ability to shoot out cameras? (But will emit a redstone signal, prompting security robots if wired up) (Adventure map/PVP oriented)

    3. Maybe security cameras can be disabled temporarily when hit by a projectile with the blindness effect, or alert signals randomise when hit by a nausea effect? (Again, adventure map/PVP oriented)

    4. Will there be the ability to remove yourself from the list for testing/adventure maps? How else will you either make adventure maps for you to test the security OR test your own system. It would be necessary to test the system so you can find any flaws in the system and/or check to see if it is flawless.

    Otherwise, amazing mod!

    Suggestion: Smart Vaulting

    Smart vaulting allows one, if timed correctly, to flawlessly go over 1 block high obstacles. Not sure of a key combo for this, but it'd be something you could do quickly as it is meant to be a speed movement.

    Weird bug: Using a patched version of Forge in Minecraft 1.6.4 results in a weird water glitch where the texture floats off sideways, and mobs become invisible. Help?
    I'll provide an error log as well.

    How would I modify the colour of the materials in the new version for a texture pack? Because I don't see any separate textures for metals, only just a colourless base & the modifier textures. Thanks.

    Would be cool to see a thing where an item drops and it plays the step sound, so you get audio feedback that you dropped something. Of course, this would get ridiculous with mob traps or absolute mob massacres but it could be turned off in the configs.

    Lite only has basic drop sounds based on the material the item is dropped on (reused footstep sounds)
    Full has custom drop sounds that vary based on the material of the item.
