If you had a previous roleplaying server, why did you leave it: The one i tried to get into was simply too confuddled with rules and regulations. Felt less like a Server to Roleplay on and more like a Chore.
Define OOC and IC: OOC: Out of Character, Saying things that You, the person say, such as your obession with Cookie Clicker. IC: In Character, things that you, the Character, say, such as how many ales you drank while punching some gnome.
What is powergaming and metagaming, give an example(different from in the rules) of both: Power gaming is the act of super-charging your character with laser eyes or some form of non-sense that doesn't fit with the given character or setting. Usually. Metagaming is where you use knowledge that was acquired Out of Character, In Character.

Characters background story; this should describe life on the boat or life in Arken. Maybe your boat landed on another continent first before sailing to Medowen: While not born on Arken, Synge lived an isolated life on various, frozen isles before traveling to Arken to find his true calling. Having drifted from town to town, doing odd jobs, Synge always kept himself a closed book while doing so and never stayed in the same place for more than a few weeks. While his first reasons for traveling to Arken were to find his purpose, the reasons he left were to find his parents, or, what was left of them, as they had left him when he was a simple hatchling. Synge has no true talents to speak of, has he has had no formal training.

Characters personality and morals? Synge is usually shy when around those he is unfamiliar with, but to those he expesses interest in, he is a loyal, trustworthy friend. But to those he hates, he holds an everlasting hate for them.

At around Age eight, he was brutally abused by his mother, burning his face indefinitely and immediately fled North and lived a large portion of his life at various seedy inns, working for his meals. At around 12, he found himself to be adept with Dwemer mechanics, reverse engineering the mostly intact ones he bought from adventurers, using the money he made from working at Inns and from stealing from patrons and made several working prototypes, including one that even spat magical fire! Four years and several Mechanical Spiders sold later, he ventured out to try his luck at his own business in Solstheim. (I mean seriously. Tamriel has got to get to steam power EVENTUALLY, right? right?)
