You do have a lot f valid points. I am simply saying, like others, that Youtube is oversaturated with Minecraft videos. The OP was just asking if it was hard to start a new channel in Minecraft. It's hard to start a channel in anything, but even more, Minecraft, due to its oversaturation and with several big Youtubers already hauling in most of the audience.
PopularMMO's is one of the Youtubers who has not been declining, I'll give you that. It would benefit your argument to include some of the YouTubers that HAVE been dying. I see a lot of dying Minecraft channels, an example being BajanCanadian and almost all his friends.
As for the surplus in players, have you seen how many 6-11year-olds are on Minecraft? I remember at that age I was fascinated by Minecraft, now it's just a "meh" game to me. Wait until the player's age in 2-4 years.
Its also just a fact of life that games die. Minecraft is one game that has been able to stick around, bu eventually it will get pretty vacant.
And I do stand by my opinion that Minecraft has lost its magic. It's not as simple, or as challenging, and can get repetitive very quickly.
One more thing: Minecraft dying is not a meme. It's something that long-time player have started to notice. No, Minecraft isn't completely dead nor close to death, but it IS, admittedly, starting in the phases of decline (just look at some other dead games, and look at their timelines.)

The game has lost some of its magic since it first was released. Eventually, Minecraft just gets repetitive, not to mention the ageing of audiences and the increase of more gaming channels.
In summary, Minecraft is dead. Channels, videos, even the game itself. It's all lost its magic.
I used to run a couple like 2 years ago. Mine got realllly busy at one point (it had around 12,000-13,000 views) and I had some school to catch up on, never really looked back on it until now. I definitely think that skin making is slowing down, now that people can just use someone else's or take on from a website.

I feel that if I am given this position I will be able to make the server a relaxed and comfortable environment for other players. I have been bullied and blah blah blah, so I think I have a fair view of what's right and whats wrong. If any type of tension arises I will be sure to take care of it by negotiation or methods otherwise. Working hard is a thing that comes naturally to me and I never take the "easy way out", I prefer to nip the problem at the bud. I come of as to mature for my age, but I love to have fun and enjoy my time. I have a positive attitude and I also like to be as thorough with anything I do. Im also almost always available and my hobby is actually to help. I have a variety of skills ranging from building to redstone to anything you can think of. I almost know anything and everything about minecraft as I have been playing for almost 4 years now. I can easily solve any problem between people or just problems in general.
