i was on a smp server and i went over to kill it and it blew up my friend's house. i survived and me and my friend killed a horde of undead and spiders untill it was morning. i fixed it and he got banned for trying to blow my house up with TNT.

make a box trap (if you dont know how, then your stupid) then put tnt under it.
i agree, but if you want it to have a higher killing percentage, use that method.
