Thanks, your build looks much better. I've never had a very open mind for AMD processors, but if that's a better option then I'll go with it!

Are you using Optifine? It boosts performance a lot when using shader mods.

It is true that SSP receives a lot less attention these days.

The way the multiplayer scene has panned out reminds me a lot of Garry's Mod. You have different structured game modes which are the most popular, you have a lot of roleplay games, and the survival element is still there.

How much are you paying?

Take extra precautions to guard against static electricity. If you have pets, put them outside before you start working, make sure you aren't working above carpet, and of course ground yourself before touching any parts. Personally I don't think a static band is necessary, just touch a bare metal part of your case.

Also, don't freak out/panic if something doesn't fit right or gets stuck. I know I did repeatedly, first when I thought my graphics card was too large and later when I thought I put my CPU in wrong. Usually this is just a mistake on your part and can be easily rectified. Just try to be be calm so you don't make any mistakes that actually damage something.

Lastly, don't accidentally stick your finger in any of the case fans on first boot up. Ouch, that hurt, and I felt like a moron afterward

Boot into safe mode, download Malwarebytes, and have it remove the worm.

I don't know anything about the autorun thing, that is usually found in program files, I have several instances of that file name on my computer.

I got bored of doing the same thing over and over again. Sure, they added horses.
Now I can ride a horse while I do the same repetitive tasks that I did in my last world.

I'm not comfortable with leaving a $100 piece of electronics unsecured in the bottom of my case, but thanks also for that suggestion. That just feels too insecure to me.

I've put together so many other rigs since I built mine that I forgot. I just glanced at the black plastic tabs at the end and thought it was a tray like some other cases have. I feel like a moron.

Anyway, I have a 3.5" HDD tray that goes to a different CM case; will glue work?

Hello all, I'm mostly directing this question at those who know more than I do about the thermodynamics of a computer's guts.

I bought a new hard drive, but I didn't have the right tray for my case. I ordered an extra part, but the folks at coolermaster either didn't pay attention to my model or they have stopped making trays for the old 912, because I got a newer version of the tray that doesn't fit.

So, I want to know whether it would be advisable/safe to
a. Superglue the tray on top of the HDD cage
b. Hot the glue the tray on top of the HDD cage
c. Use electrical tape with the tray.

Thanks for any replies. I might end up drilling a bunch of holes, but I want to avoid that.

I like the case. You should pop the side off and get a shot of the guts as well.

Also, didn't we have a thread for this kind of thing? What happened to it?
