I don't think this is an error that generates a crash report, rather, the animations for the goat make them float above the ground. Crash reports aren't always needed for everything.

It should be possible to use a tool like mcedit to mark the chunks as undecorated and/or unpopulated. Then you would bring over the world from worldpainter or whatever, and open it with RTG, and with a little bit of luck you might get RTG decorations. No idea if it would work though.
There is no way that i know of to only draw the biome layout in worldpainter and use that, but i think i saw a mod for something like that some time ago, maybe, just maybe, it would work with RTG. Then you could draw a biome layout in paint or photoshop or whatever, and use that for the layout of an RTG world.

I have recompiled the mod to fix some issues my server was facing, the following things I have changed/fixed so far and i'm looking for information and instructions (how to replicate) current issues.
Rewrote some of thaumic horizons vat code
Fixed Players/Entities erroring and being deleted when inside a vat when the chunk the vat is in is unloaded/reloaded
Fixed potion effects erroring on server side for entities inside vat due to effects being applied to entity by tileentity before world reference is initialized
Several NullPointerExceptions

Yes, the crashing is related to Reliquary. I suggest looking at the crash reports for it if you want to figure out how to possibly fix it.
Is it possible to make a world generated in say, WorldPainter, use RTG as its world generator, allowing for your trees and improvements to biomes?
I want to port over a Space Engine world (yes this is possible), and use your biomes and decorators for the landscape. Then use it on my server via multiverse as another world.
I have a project underway, but in order to fully start it, I need at least a few more java coders. We have a few coders and artists already, as well as atleast one translator. As we are swamped with artists, more coders are required than artists.

On 1.7.10, how do I add modded items to the list of valid drops? I am not 100% sure if I should specify the mod name, or just add the item ID without specifying the mod.
The cellar can run alone, but also it requires the core to be installed. However, it is not meant to be run standalone, and the User API, while it can be used to recreate most beverages, is not strong enough to create stuff such as various effects. You will also need to supply a fluid for that.

I'm having the same issue, but in singleplayer as well.
Edit: Could WildCaves3 be causing this? I also have the following mods which alter generation to some extent:
