    So, I cannot help but ask, but, will there be a metallurgy 4 beta for public release? A while back Freyjadono posted the link to the metallurgy jenkins, and doing some searching around, I was able to find the metallurgy 4 beta. When do you think these will be available for public release?

    Do you have a list of chest loot strings? I want to make some of my ruins less overpowered.

    And on a side note, mariculture and ruins have several bugs when installed together in 1.7. First off, natural gas pockets spawn underneath floating ruins. Secondly, when trying to make custom ruins, the mod dosen't pick up on the chests or spawners. While the file says its in there, ingame, it does not appear.

    The only fix for this I've found so far is to make a new world.

    How do I stop ruins from floating on snow? I keep trying to figure it out, but, I still get them floating on snow. Here is the settings of a ruin I have modified to try and fix the floating. This spawns a small standing stone made of cobble.

    I'm gonna see if I can make a few models for mobs. I have a few ideas for biomes as well.

    Perhaps this mod could include code to make forge use 4096 biomes? Biomes O Plenty does something similar with potions.

    The biomes will include:

    Overworld Biomes

    Tropical Dry Broadleaf Forest, a biome that is essentially a dry rainforest. This will have a few new mobs that spawn exclusively here, they will be extinct new caledonian animals, such as Sylviornis, a large flightless gamebird; Mekosuchus, a small crocodile that feeds on small animals such as molluscs (but will attack the player if attacked), and Meiolania, a large tortoise that is heavily armored. Monkeys and parrots also spawn here.

    Salt Flat, a large expanse that was once the remnant of an ancient sea. This biome is made up of large blocks of salt, with the occasional hypersaline lake. The top layer is a thin layer of salt, similar to snow, with compacted salt blocks underneath. When a shovel is used on the salt, it drops several salt crystals. Drinking from a hypersaline lake by using a water bottle on the water and drinking it will cause Weakness II. Saline water could possibly be used in better potions. At night, the biome is inhabited by several hostile mobs exclusive to the area, such as giant amphipods, which spawn in the hypersaline lakes, but, are only hostile at night; and saltfish, silverfish like animals that live inside salt blocks. During the day, andean flamingos are a common sight in larger salt lakes.

    Cloud forest, a mountainous rainforest. Tree ferns spawn along with the regular jungle trees. This environment is fairly foggy.

    Infinite Desert, a large desert where Sphinxes, Elementals, Sand Golems, Basilisks, Serpent Demons, Mummies, Death Worms, and Zombies spawn.

    Veldt, a savannah like biome where Werehyenas, Elementals, Sphinxes, Ghosts, and various animals spawn.

    Meghalaya, a jungle like biome known for its abundance of strangler fig trees growing into structures such as bridges. Elementals, Man Eating Trees, Ghosts, Zombies, Skeletons, Serpent Demons, Reptilians, Tardigrades, Spiders, Wendigos, Mapinguaris, and Manticores spawn here.

    The biomes that spawn in the spirit world are larger than the biomes in the Large Biomes world.

    So, while messing around, it turns out the bugged bones are capable of stacking with the wild caves bones, which are working fine. It might not be a compatibility issue then.

    The bug happens with generated ores as well. I am testing this out in singleplayer.

    Is there a way to turn off your fossil ore until it is fixed? The wild caves bone pile works fine for me.

    Does Wild Caves have some kind of incompatibility with Pam's Bonecraft? Because after installing that mod, the bones dropped from your ores cannot be used for anything, and the bones from her ores cannot be crafted into anything.

    Edit: This bug appears to be only connected to pam's ores. Your ores are fine. Also, would it be possible to have stalactites and stalagmites have connected textures in the future, as to improve the looks of caves, and make it so they don't have gaps in them?

    Could the fact I'm doing it in SMP have anything to do with it? I am also using forge 1033, because MCPC has not been updated to use later versions of forge.

    Also, I was spawning in the ores to test this.

    And for non bush crops spawning in the world, why not add the wild counterparts of each crop, but, they will drop some edible part, seeds of the wild counterpart, and sometimes, seeds of the domestic version. Perhaps some wild crops could be toxic, and brewable into some potions?

    The bones that drop from the fossil ore cannot be crafted into bonemeal. Is this intentional?

    EDIT: Nothing can be crafted from bones for some reason.

    However, spawned in ones work fine.

    I think this mod might be bugged in SMP. I found a corrupted chunk in my world when using MCPC, and when I tried using this mod in a regular forge server, see if that would help, I got this error instead:
