I don't suppose anyone else has had a similar problem - For some reason when I add Chromaticraft to my client (haven't tested it on server since all my changes are verified on client first), I get a crash during launch of some kind of "ConcurrentModificationException".

Has anyone else had this issue? or would know how to fix it?

    Here's the forge crashlog: http://pastebin.com/L2WYcSGR

    I had to use MCEdit.
I used the "Find and Replace" option to find id 740:15, which I replaced with air.

Actually, if you place a tritum lamp on the ground and load the world in MCEdit, you will see a dome of "unknown blocks" in MCEdit :P
Those are the blocks that emit the light AFAIK.

Thanks! :D I'll get to that as soon as I can manage to find a version of MCEdit for 1.7.10 xD; not having much luck at the moment

    edit: Upon closer inspection it seems it was just telling me to have a prepared instance of minecraft 1.8x so it has some resources it needs. xD;

Looks like I found it lol

another edit: So I can't seem to find that block ID, and every time I try to replace something the editor crashes = = not really sure what's going on lol

etc: Found the block ID in mine - it's like 739:15 or something. 50% through replacing the blocks with air, however, the editor crashes. What on earth.

ugh: So I guess I downloaded the wrong version of the editor. (I'd like to know why they would put the wrong version as the primary download on their home page.) Everything seems to be going smoothly now - I'll find out shortly once I finish replacing these and load into my world.

final: Yay, everything is back to normal lol Sorry for all the successive edits, and thank you so much for the reply ^^

    This.

This is why I want to throw all the stupid people in the world in a pile and make the world's biggest bonfire.

Soo, I was in creative, and I placed a tritium lamp to see how bright it was...

Needless to say, there will be no zombies spawning anytime soon.
However, the light remained after breaking the lamp, and even after logging in/out.

I even recalc'd the lighting with MCEdit. Even replaced all air blocks with wool, logged in and out and swapped the wool with air. Still the lighting remains...

    So any idea's here?

EDIT: Fixed my world. Had to replace every block with id "740:15" with air. :)

    Still, how come that happened?

How did you go about replacing those blocks? I've just now had that same problem on my server and I'm getting block update lag now because of it x.x

I've reported same problem earlier. V4c. Reloading is not helping. Light still remains.

I'm having this same issue as well just now, after placing a couple of them in creative mode. Since placing them, I'm also getting some block update lag when I remove or place a block.
I'm playing on a server I'm hosting. I've restarted my client and server both, but the light and block update lag are still there.

This is absolutely amazing... I would LOVE to see this in vanilla minecraft. The efficiency is just mind blowing compared to the current system, and the ability to have practically real-world scale terrain such as mountains and ravines, I can't tell you how happy I would be xD
