    posted a message on 1.13 FULL enchantment id's! + small /give tutorial

Please note that under 1.13pre1, that all enchantments can be ID'd through their actual names. Also, when giving yourself an enchanted item, there is a different NBT name for it. Here is a few examples:

    /give @p trident{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:riptide",lvl:5s}]} 1

    /give @p enchanted_book{StoredEnchantments:[{id:"minecraft:sharpness",lvl:10s}]} 1

    /give @p wooden_sword{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:sharpness",lvl:10s},{id:"minecraft:knockback",lvl:10s},{id:"minecraft:fire_aspect",lvl:2s},{id:"minecraft:looting",lvl:10s},{id:"minecraft:sweeping_edge",lvl:10s}]} 1

Please note that the numeric IDs no longer work as of 1.13pre1 (I tried it and the enchantment didn't work, just shows that it is "enchanted")

    Quote from SubLock69»

What you could do is use the "selector" for the command, it might be a bit more lengthy, but totally worth it, since you could select based on who has the scores or who clicked it, etc.

    Command: /tellraw @a [{"text":"hello ","extra":[{"selector":"@p"},"!"]}]

I Don't normally use the "extra" tag, so I make it a bit longer by doing this:

    /tellraw @a[{"text":"hello "},{"selector":"@p"},{"text":"!"}]

You can pick whatever way works for you :)

Nevermind, this has already been resolved, my bad...

posted a message on 1.9 - NBT Changes and Additions

Fixed it actually. I turns out that I had to BUD the block, which I found very odd. It might have to do with that I schematized the modules into my survival world. hen I did that is when I decided to port everything over to 1.9. If anyone is having issues in the snapshots with repeating or chain command blocks, check the state it is in, and then BUD the block.

What I was trying to say in the last part is my data tags are right because they worked in 1.8, but in the snapshots, the tags I listed earlier aren't working in any command block. Is there something different with the tags, or is it just the world?

And Thanks for letting me know about the JSON text component, It will just take much longer to type and be a lot more confusing to look at.

posted a message on 1.9 - NBT Changes and Additions

I have a question. I am a command block enthusiast, and I am porting over a bunch of my command block mods to 1.9. Now, I don't know if this is just how 1.9 is going to be, but I have a way of typing JSON where I don't use quotes unless needed, for example:

    /tellraw @a ["",{color:dark_red,underlined:true,italic:true,text:"This doesn't work in 1.9"},{color:red,bold:true,text:" But Why?"}]

That just doesn't want to work, so I just go back through and type in all the quotations. Another thing is with the "SelectedItemSlot:x" tag and the "Inventory:[{data}]" tag. They don't seem to work with scoreboard objectives anymore. Have any means of troubleshooting this?
