It's doing it again.... the console says:

    (10:01:31) 77.92.75.135 connected.
    (10:01:31) New Connection
    (10:01:32) 77.92.75.135 disconnected.

    (10:03:28) New Connection
    (10:03:28) 77.92.75.135 disconnected.

I checked the error logs but aren't any errors in there for today.... even though this ip has connected/ disconnected 5+ times already... I've tried banning the ip but that does nothing.

Ok lets start over..... (delete everything you have at this point, including mysql)
    1. goto http://mclawl.tk/
    2. Click on "Current Version: r56, Download" (just save it to your desktop)
    3. Right Click the mclawl_r56.zip & click "extract all" click "ok"
    4. Now there should be a unzipped folder on you desktop called "mclawl_r56 open it...
    5. Click the mysql setup document and follow what it says (Copy paste the link select the one with 32-bit or 64-bit whichever your pc is.... don't register just click the little link under the registration thing. Now select the download source (doesn't matter which) install it open the server instance config. window click next, next, next..... (leave the settings alone) then you get to the password (insert a password) click next, click execute/start, wait for it to configure. Done....
    6. Open the unzipped file on your desktop again and click on the application with the cat (mclawl)
    7. this should work fine now.... (if you followed exactly)

This is off the top of my head as i just installed it a few hours ago....this should work unless u mess something up. If this doesn't work then..... i don't know just try this.

Did you properly setup mysql and enter the password into the server properties?

Thanks... I just figured that out lol (duh) but hey you should add a "/account" command , allowing you to see ur blocks placed and what not because /whois /whowas is kinda an op command also the "/account" would tell you how much moneys you have also ops/admins could add items that that player owns/buys (once you get a store) or just roleplaying items.
