Just a note, your current red mushroom texture doesn't play nice with pots. I assume your brown mushroom texture also wouldn't, I just don't keep any on me because I live outside a swamp.
Also, Cave spider's are glitched up. Their head has a transparent texture that you can BARELY see at all. Know what is causing this, or was it intentional?
If it was, then you need to fix it up, because it isn't 100% transparent, only about 95%.
I am running into this, I have tried to check for any ID conflicts I could, and sorted the ones I found out.

I hope you are going for Forge compatability, as that would make it perfect for running with a server I want to launch after I finish building it, based on LoL. (For those of you who don't know what LoL is, it is League of Legends. I am currently building the entirety of Valoran in a map editing program, roughly 7 kilometers by 10 kilometers in size. Also has the nearby islands of the Shadow Isles, Ionia, and the Blue Flame Islands.)
Would be very easy to give certain swords special powers for the sake of effectiveness and variation.

1.) The horses seem to have a "double jump" thing going on, and sometimes it causes my horse to get hurt when it hits the ground. I'm not sure if this is normal or if it's a bug.
I have noticed this bug, and an interesting fact about it... the horse doesn't get damage. I would jump off my horse instantly to check, and while YOU take damage, your horse is fine. The horses seem near indestructible while you are on them, as I have taken tons of abuse on top of a horse, that should have more than killed it, without a problem.
Yeah im not sure how tricky that will be though, if Areus had trouble with it im definitely going to have trouble...

Yea, that was... but I almost sort of think he just left off of it. It was fully possible to do it back then, as another mod had full, hypercomplex cities able to generate no closer together than a distance you set, while still being random in generation. The other big issue was how to balance his armors. They were... a bit OP, to say the least.
Can you try and find a way to make the insects not mess up farmland? As is, the only way to make sure your farmland is safe is to throw all insect spawns down to zero. And you can't exactly fence off those crickets. It is maddening to see half of your farm destroyed by something you have no counterplay to at all.
EDIT: I actually tried setting spawn rates to zero. Didn't stop insect spawns. Niiccceeee..... R.I.P. my beautiful farm.
