    Usually those hills are too rare to get that level of profits. Also, the ore TENDS to need a lot of effort to get. It was designed LONG before mining via the Excavation wand was even thought of. They have a lot of small ores, but you are very lucky to get any more than 15 diamonds from a hill. The same effort put in finding that hill, put in a strip mine, would be much more profitable.

    My only problem is the mod offers WAY to many books in Lich towers. Find one of those, and you easily can find 100+ bookshelves. Which leads to near infinite books for mystcraft purposes.

    Seems that the islands are not generating glimmerwood or the ores. Explored about 10 of them, not a single ore/tree. I have been finding them, and the tracestone. No promethium ores either, now that I think about it, and I have not noticed any adamintum either.

    Just a hint for you nukular, Lanu and Atrum are VERY potent together, and provide a lot of water/wind based recipies. Also, there are a few recipies that are just a single rune/1-3 of a single type of rune. If you need help figuring out the rune types, there are.. Base (the slab itself, used in very few recipies), purple, blue, white, black, red, yellow, orange, and green. Try and find all of them, and if you are having a problem finding Green dye... Cook a cactus to get it. Up to you to put the things together though to figure them out.

    A small bug in your structure generation. Your wool/library things seem to ALWAYS generate one block above the ground. Might want to look into it. I have found over 5 of them that generated in mid air. Sure, you want a ruins feel... but levitating buildings DON'T fit that feel.

    Nice, those vines are amazing.

    I do think your Blaze powder needs some work though. It doesn't really feel.... as though it came from a blaze rod being ground up. Needs to be a deep orange color.

    EDIT: your last two updates have not changed the download. Might want to look into that. I want them vines!

    Noise also makes the textures more alive and doenst look like the it was made in a friqqin laboratory where the have protective gear to not mae the texture dirty ;D


    On servers with my friends I tend to make potions, but it is more because several mods I use have use for Netherwarts (Which you spelled wrong, lol). Thaumcraft 3 goes though at least a stack or two, minimum, to get all the researches from it currently. And what is wrong with that 8 minute Fire Resistance potion... nothing is wrong with me abusing those to find diamonds hidden inside the lava lakes/tunnels deep underground, is there...

    If it stacks with Protection, it won't be a bad secondary effect you could get. But if you had to choose this or Prot, you probably would want prot.

    Then the Wiki, or the front page, need an update about that fact. They aren't that big a problem for me (I use more enchants, and my most recent enchanted weapon has the most hilarious knock-up effect).

    Just noticed that the Mana Creepers are bugged. About one in 10 times, they will just blow up like a normal creeper, no vortex or anything. And no, I can tell them apart, my texturepack changes creepers a ton from the default style you use.

    Most nodes are only normal nodes. Pure nodes are found in Silverwood trees, Dark nodes are just a rarity, but the way you tell them is they look like more of a galaxy with clear arms vs the cloud galaxies of normal ones, and Flux nodes? Trust me, when you find one, you will know. Usually with about 5 wisp trying to murder you.

    No problem, it can just be a running project for you to work on over time. Azanor isn't upgrading the mod overly fast, so you don't have to worry too much about being outpaced as he would add more and more. And thanks. I am used to holding a large netherwart farm, so the change in them quickly caught my eye.

    I do think you need to tune down the red in the growth stage though, it is much too vibrant compared to the harvest stage of Netherwart.

    Also, I like your noisier textures. Makes things feel more realistic, personally.

    Hey, monsterfish, did you change the texture of Netherwarts growing recently? The texture changed on me, and I don't quite think it is because of you, but probably the few mod texturepacks that I am using. Odd though that it would change a vanilla item though.

    That bug directly wrecked my water portion of my Arcane Elevator. I have it working now, but not how I envisioned. 7 stories tall, automatic elevator call buttons. Only did 3 floors of the noteblocks to trigger them though before I got bored, but worked perfectly as a modular elevator system.
