    @ Ash - Go to our website, and you can get re-whitelisted that way. Me and QQQ changed the system so that if I end up unable to access the internet for extended periods of time, the server can still be updated.

    @ The_K - There is a case of finding a balance. And the rule is laxer than it used to be.

    And @ Kali - lol, LONG time no see Kali. Several server members had tried to find a way to contact you to tell you the server updated a while back, but all of your online aliases we knew had not been touched by you in months. Anyway, look at the OP for how to join. We changed quite a few parts of it to simplify the process so that we wouldn't have issues with updates as much, as well as to make it so that me and QQQ could both handle invites so that if I get knocked off the internet that it isn't game over for invites to the server.

    you should have your name on the magipunk forum be orange. The board index shows the server info part of the forums once you have been set as a member.

    Just a decorative suggestion Azanor, but would it be possible to make an upside down version of the Runic Matrix's pillars that "support" it in the air?





    Perhaps also ways to make those pillars stand alone, not needing the matrix there. Those things look great.

    Ok, so Infernal Furnaces crash the server.


    Hard.


    Instantly.


    With no chance to actually fix the issue.


    EDIT: So I resurrected the world from the crash. Infernal Forges are banned until Azanor fixes this major issue.

    You can create a portal out of mushrooms at worse. Or just make your portal one block higher by putting some dirt on top of it. Hardest part would probably be the diamond.

    @ Ben, this was a fully newly generated world on my server from 3 days ago, generated on these config values.


    Not only that, but we have found them repeatedly in newly generated chunks. For now my server has a rule that it has to explore 100% of any TF biomed chunks we find to ensure it doesn't cause an issue. I've double and triple checked it, because I was sure I had fixed it on my end before starting my server up. When we found it a few times, I looked, and some other people did as well, and yes, they all are showing that my TF IDs are a distance away from BoP ID values.


    Also, at least a few of them actually feel good in the overworld. You could probably allow Oak Savannas to be a natural overworld generation with the mega-oaks and all, and most people wouldn't mind. Perhaps even putting natural portals within the mega-oaks that generate in the overworld sometime.

    Ok guys, big bug report I want you all to keep in mind

    Twilight Forest is currently not respecting it's biome IDs in the config, and as a result, is generating in the overworld in the place of a few overworld biomes. To prevent biome tearing once this issue is fixed, if you find any TF biomes in the overworld, fully explore them to ensure they fully generate. As this is just an ID issue that will be resolved once TF fixes this lack of following the config, once fully explored, there won't be a "tear" in the biome once the issue is fixed.

    Please, spread this info to everyone on the server, so that we can ensure it doesn't cause tearing in the long run.

    it seems that Twilight Forest isn't respecting it's own biome IDs in the config. As I went and changed all of it's IDs to the 150+ range, vs BoP being in the 60-110ish range. Twilight Forest biomes are still showing up in the overworld though, despite this change, at old ID values.

    Well, the server will be up in 2 hours. I want to give Mokah time to set up a spawn area, as he offered to do so for us. After that, it's open season. The server will be fully open at 6 PM central time.

    Alright guys, burned some midnight oil, and got the modpack up and running. QQQ says he will try and get the server up to date and upgraded ASAP so it's playable. So the server might go up sometime today, but be relatively... crappy, as he downgraded the server while we were waiting and inactive to save money.


    EDIT: Botania has a server side specific crash that we will be waiting on to be fixed. Vazkii already closed the issue on his github, so most likely it's already fixed, just not yet put into an actual "live" build.

    Pretty sure I made a post a few pages back about wanting to make Celiopas or Basstilona (or whatever the names were, been a while since I played the game) from The Last Remnant.


    Faintly tempted to try and make a mod for various features of that game... oh well, I'll consider that later on.


    Although I might just make a mountaintop city if I find a good location like the Jade Forest biome or the like.

    I suppose I'm done trying to wait out AM2. I'm starting to compile a modpack tonight. Server probably won't be up until mid-day Sunday, if not Monday, as I'll have a lot of stuff to sort through to get it all up and working right. Anyways, what types of world-gen would be prefered around spawn? (Personally) I'll probably be looking for a coastal area, but not sure. If I spot something that calls out to me I'll use it.
