So I was wondering whether there are severs that host map pvp like the one shown here most if not all the time.:

I don't know if you have considered this or not but maybe make some sand that you can fall through like air but is destroyed when you fall through.The antlion would be right underneath in cavern/

Mailing across server has the spamming problem I recommend down sizing to cross server mail. There is also problem of griefing but I may have a solution. In every world save there would be a new file "mail.jar" or something to that effect and it would hold a number of items that can be assessed by the player using the mailbox. If you don't understand what I mean look up the redstone chest mod but with server mail as well. You can avoid the cheating problem by keeping the mail data in the server computer.

I like the idea of cats but just one kind otherwise we have a huge variety of cats and almost no wolfs. There should be small cats using the same pathing as wolfs. I know some cat people did not like it when wolfs were implemented but at the same time it's not a very good idea to over saturate cats.

I think this is a very good idea.

I think that it would be cool to have a custom maker where in you get to choose a class.
It would make each game more like you are living your own story and do things anyway you want.

Pro: The miner would get an 25% chance when mining coal,iron,gold and diamond for two or three to drop.
Con: Hard to get mob drops.

Hunter
Pro: All passive mobs spawn 50% faster and always drop an item
Con: 10% Slower Mining

Fighter
Pro: Cuts damage vs monsters 25%
Con: 10% Slower Mining

Planter
Pro: 2x plant growth and better healing from bread
Con: You can never eat pig meat

Acrobat
Pro:Faster walking and higher jumping ,reduced fall damage
Con:Take More Damage from mobs
