I recently saw a YouTuber playing a map. It looks like you are stuck in a room but when the YouTuber just went into a certain position, he is able to pass through the walls and begin the map. I was amazed and I didn't know how to download the map so I am asking how to wall through walls using commands?

Sounds like you have some goals to work toward then. A mob xp trap, a villager breeder and a villager trading house and some farms to get the resources to trade for emeralds to buy things from the villagers would solve all those issues for you. See that's the thing about Minecraft. Getting really established takes some effort and some people don't want to put in the work to get to that point.

Getting mass amounts of wood does take a little more effort than other things because it's more difficult to automate the process. But there are ways. In the world I've been playing in lately I actually have a little roughly 15x15 oak farm in the nether that when I harvest it will net me 4-5 stacks of wood(I'm playing on a small ocean island spawn world). For the spruce and jungle trees, growing the large tree is more efficient.

I made one 'cloning machine'(villager breeder) but it's never working. I put a lot of doors already but it's not working

Well, start by not using stone tools ever :D Get yourself a diamond axe with Unbreaking III, Eff4 or 5, and Mending. Then choose a 2x2 tree to make your builds out of. I'm fond of giant spruce because they are easy to find and just grow straight up and down, but jungle is decent too if you can get hold of them. Chopping down one giant spruce gives over a stack of logs, and an Eff5 diamond axe is basically a Steve powered chainsaw. By the time you've reached endgame you've probably found at least one dungeon spawner, so rig up an xp grinder to repair your Mending axe when it gets beaten up.

If you wanted full automation there are mysterious things one can do with withers, instructions for which you would find on youtube, but I've seen so many posts from people who had withers escape tree farms and start wreaking havoc that I'd be way too scared to do that myself.

Well, just to tell you that my enchantment room is not completed yet. I can only get maximum up to 22 levels in the enchantment table. It's not 30 and I don't have a grinder and getting xp is a havoc. The combat is much more difficult in 1.9+. And then I had done a lot of fishing and I did not get a single mending book. I had came across a lot of Librarians and did not find one with mending.

When I see iJevin's builds in survival. I mean like how is it possible. He built a train station, a cool base, a sky spawner and lots and lots. I mean like the train station for me is nearly impossible. I could build it in creative. It took me 2 weeks to build. But in survival, it requires a ton of wood. I mean really a ton.

I mean like getting sufficient wood is really difficult. I'm always lacking of wood. Is there any efficient way of getting wood rather than wasting tons of stone axes :)

I mean like what makes you a pro in survival. I believe in surviving is one of them. But I am pretty sure after you get diamonds and stuff, you would be like every single mob in the overworld is too easy. I mean like what makes survival more challenging and interesting and difficult to accomplish?

    Quote from rodabon»

I seem to always run across some horses in most plains unless it's a fairly small plain. However results vary.

If you're really desperate you can just camp out on a plain and kill all animals in the area repeatedly until you get some horses to spawn. It might take awhile though. This will only work if you don't have enough animals in your spawn chunks to reach the spawn cap for passive animals, which is a fairly small cap. If you have a large farm in your spawn chunks you would need to move it outside the spawn chunks so that it gets unloaded when you move away.

You mean spawn limit. So I need to kill animals in order to spawn new animals which hopefully be horses right?

I have been in my survival world for 60 Minecraft days. When I go on a huge exploration. The exploration is 1 week real life time. No matter how many blocks I've explored(currently explored about 7000+ blocks and came across 4 villages), I did not find any horses whatsoever. They should spawn in plains or savanna. I came across a lot of plains biome but cannot find one. Is they any way to find horses or they just spawn super rarely?

Day1:Build a simple shelter. A 3 by 3 will do.Kill three sheeps and skip the night.

Day2:Expand your shelter and collect some stone

Day3:Complete your shelter and call this "Home".

Day4:Find some caves. If you cannot find any, do a 2 by 1 dig straight down.Get some iron and go back home. Time to craft some weapons. Stay up the night, fight some monster to gain loots from them.

Day5:Craft a shield and go for a deeper mining(diamonds). This day is the most painful one. Go to as many caves as possible, mine as many ores as possible. If at this time, you cannot find diamonds, do a branch mining in a cave. Until you unearthed a vein of diamonds. Then call it a day :)

Day6:Craft your very first diamond pickaxe and mine the obsidian the cave you explored yesterday.

Day7:Create a nether portal. Enter it and scan through the nether. Mine a bit of netherrack and magma blocks before going back to your Overworld

From Day 8 onwards, you would have to decide for your own goal. btw, the days are referring to Minecraft days

posted a message on Is using Minutor in survival a cheat?
    Quote from Cool_Nick_Name»

Technically all "supporters" that are not part of vanilla Minecraft survival are cheats, and this is a (mini)map so it's most definatly a cheat.

What I mean by cheat as in giving you directly rare ores. Those non-cheaty ones to me is that the tools help me to find or locate directions but I have to walk there myself.
