A Rocky Snow Golem sounds like a good idea, though. You should probably add that in! You would probably have to make some kind of snow block with explosives stuffed into it to have a way to make a Grenadier Golem.
Well, I can't change what's already in the Minecraft code, only add things (unless I want this to be a coremod). I could however, make other types of golems for the other snowballs (e.g. Rocky Snow Golem; Grenadier Golem).
Could you make it so that Snowgolems shoot/throw rocky snowballs as well? I just think that it would make them slightly more helpful. I am aware that the Icegolems do damage already, but it would be nice to see Snowgolems do some as well. If the rocky snowball does too much damage for an ordinary Snowgolem, could you perhaps code in an unnamed item that looks like a snowball but that only Snowgolems can fire? Maybe make it do 0.5 hearts of damage. Keep in mind, this is merely a suggestion. I can understand if you hate it and bear no grudge against you for doing so.
I have been playing Minecraft since April 2011 and would like to help you with your server. I like playing on new servers and preventing griefers from destroying things, having been griefed more times than I can count. I am also an admin on one server and the head admin on another. I would love to help you build the spawn and I like to see the terrain in new servers before players swarm over it and start building their houses. Even if you do not choose me, I will join your server and try to help out as soon as you release the ip.
