I think it's going to be like Dark Souls I where the flesh of the story isn't going to be fully uncovered until we play through it a few dozen times.
Another things I don't like is that the torch mechanic. It feels so useless, I think I'm half way threw the game and there hasn't been an area (Like tomb of the giants from DS1) where it would be super useful.
The Gutter is much, much easier with a torch. It helps you see the little statues that shoot poison at you.
No Man's Wharf is also easier with a torch, because it repels those demon things, but you can just turn on the giant lamp once you are near the end of the level.
Unless you know what you're doing build wise the game is going to be exceptionally hard.
Especially considering you lose total health when you die, the item to bring it back up are finite, and most if not all enemies have stun lock chain moves that will likely remove a hefty chunk of your health.
Plus heal items are also finite and estus is rarer.
Top tip is getting your build right, or you probably wont have fun with this game (I know I'm not really).
The plot of the game is kind of... Eh...

As long as you don't allocate points into useless skills, and not keep all of your skills balanced, you should be fine.
Plus, I am pretty sure you can reallocate your skill points at Things Betwixt with a Soul Vessel, so screwing up your build is not a fatal mistake.
I have to wait until it comes out for PC because I just bought one and I can't afford an extra 130$. When I do get it, though, I'm going to make the ugliest, most deformed character possible and do a naked fist playthrough.
It is pretty hard to not make your character hideous. That is why I always wear a helmet that conceals my face, even when I am human.
Just got past the Ruin Sentinels. Here is a tip, make them throw their shields at you. They can't get their shields back afterwards, and it makes the rest of the battle so much "easier".
Also, anyone find any of the big strength swords? I am still running around with a flimsy fire longsword. It gets the job done, but I want something that smashes people on the ground like the Zweihander did in DS1.

Why do you care if Minecraft has good graphics? It's Minecraft, I think the xbox is capable of handling those extreme graphics. I have a ps3 too, but I don't whine.
