I currently play on a Towny server which I think is a better Factions plugin. You can't grief but other than that you can do what you want.
I currently run the largest town on the server and if you would like to join you could. It's a whitelisted server, you could post the app on the forum post (which is here) or quote me and I'll get the admin to whitelist you.
Yeah, but I can't get out of the safe area without getting killed randomly. Here's a scenario. There's a n00b in the forest, doing some stuff. He only has a wooden sword for a weapon. And then someone with Diamond Armor and an enchanted Diamond sword thinks that it would be a good idea to kill that poor, defenseless, n00b. And the n00b doesn't even do anything to provoke the Diamond Armor jerk!
Gotta suck it up, don't play PvP if you're going to whine about being killed.
