It turned out that by far the easiest way to get a slimeball, after spending a few hours clearing out swampland, wasting reputation on supply bags, and just generally failing at the objective, was to feed gelatinous slime (which I have a boatload of) into an MFR Unifier.
Loving Blightfall so far, even though it probably isn't the best environment to learn both Thaumcraft and Botania in.
One thing I did notice is that the alchemising recipe for turning raw jellyfish into a slime ball is still in the Lexica Botania. I spent about 20 minutes fishing before realising that jellyfish aren't in Blightfall.
Cheers for all your work!
Incidentally, does anyone know if cactus are part of seed bags or sapling bags from Driskel?
I foolishly spent my one slime ball on jar labels before I knew it was possible to duplicate them with alchemy.
If you right click the food nodes on the trees when they are mature it gives you the crop and resets to the smallest size. So just one tree provides renewable pepper/nuts/fruit...
Thank you!
Should have figured that things need to mature.
Is the ability to craft peppercorn/chestnut etc etc saplings disabled for any particular reason? As it is presently, I can get a grand total of 3-4 peppercorns/chestnuts etc from each sapling from supply requisition, and that hardly seems worth the -2 rep for a non-renewable food source.
Today I tried to run the game, it crashed on loading after selecting my world.
Tried updating Java, updating to WR-CBE 1.4.0.7 and ChickenChunks 1.3.3.4, CodeChickenCore 0.9.0.9 etc.
Removing WR-CBE from the mods folder allows the world to load just fine, sans transmitters/receivers obviously. If I add the mod back again, I get the same crash as immediately above.
EDIT:
Found a 'Fix' (obviously losing all your WR-CBE placed items in the world):
Find and delete the RedstoneEther folder (a subfolder of the world folder).

Occurred yesterday when I broke a stone block underneath a transmitter.
