- Fix debug crosshair showing underneath the custom crosshair in F3 screen

Feature parity with modern Fabric/Forge versions, most (but not all) features have been added (assuming they make sense for the MC version)

- Add ability to add offset to the crosshair

- Improve loading times when mod is installed

- Add debug crosshair as a possible crosshair type

- Add ability to show debug crosshair only for F3 screen (like default MC)

- Add ability to draw you own crosshair!
