On friday, january 21, I ordered a minecraft gift code to my own email address. One of my friends wants to get into the game but doesn't have any way to purchase it so I bought it for him in exchange for $20 in cash. I haven't received the gift code yet, nor has Notch replied to the email I sent him on the evening of january 21, about 6 hours after I made the purchase.
My online banking says that my account was charged for a minecraft purchase, although the transaction is still pending. Is this why I haven't been sent my gift code yet? Also, why is Notch snubbing my email, and can I file a complaint?
