I truly am sorry for the way people have been treating you online. Unfortunately since it seems the majority of minecraft players are pre-teen boys, I don't think this behavior is going to change any time soon.
All I can suggest is that you find a more mature server where people don't care about this type of thing. I used to run a server that had several females playing on it, everyone knew they were female, but everyone was treated the same. So servers like that do exist.
This wasn't the intention of me posting the screenshot; merely to validate that I was on 1.3, and that the game was running fine for me. (as I had built that base entirely over the 1.3 snapshots and up to now) But here:

It's normally closer to 500 frames, but I'm forcing 32x CSAA (which is why the image looks so crisp), so my framerate is about halved.
I don't understand why you're getting such high FPS when I seem to max at about 125 now (with sphax 128 texture pack).
I read somewhere that Daxnitro's shaders don't take advantage of Crossfire of SLI. Aparently Sonic Ether has a lot of optimizing planned. I was getting ~20 FPS with a 6850 and only went up to ~30 with a fresh 570GTX.
Even with one 6950 it should run much better than this. Hell, one 6950 gets me 30-45 FPS with everything on ultra in BF3.
Not sure how other people are getting high FPS with this mod.
• Check if you have the latest graphic driver version.
• Check your graphic driver options and turn off the option Threaded Optimization if you have one.
I do have the latest beta drivers, which are supposed to fix texture problems in MC.
Don't have those driver options for AMD :/
Textures are not loading with optifine installed. I have 12.7 beta drivers for AMD, and I've updated my LWJGL files. Also tried enabling vsync, textures still aren't loading.

30 million 12 year olds jacked up on mt. dew screaming into their headsets while playing CoD. That right there is why I quit CoD. Well, that and it's a steaming pile of poop.
The clan I'm in for BF3 has a really great server up, but we don't have a lot of people playing in it. It'd be awesome if any of you who play BF3 could stop by and play with us for a bit from time to time.
The server is very stable (as stable as BF3 servers go ), and the admins are fun and fair. My in-game name is RG_Spacecraft so say hi if you see me in there :tongue.gif:
I just got Pocket Minecraft for my Samsung Infuse Android. I know you can play multiplayer via WiFi if both phones are on the same network; but is there a Android app/hack that could emulate a WiFi network so that you could play with a friend over the internet?
That way I could play MC with my friend wherever whenever. Maybe its not possible though.

Edit: Well I didn't have performance set to max FPS, now I'm at like 200. Still not near what you're talking about >_>

Removing the mods folder didn't help. Will try reverting MC using the MCNostalgia tool and then re-installing OptiFine.
Are you sure the chunks aren't loading? If they weren't shouldn't I fall through the ground?

My PC runs minecraft at 200+ without this mod, I only want it for Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders lol.
