I think you could add elephant, monkey, giraffe, kangaroo, penguin, hippo, eagles and much but if you can do that would be really cool to mo'creatures is only a guess
A more appropriate thing to say would be something like, "I tried installing Mo'Creatures and now minecraft is black screening. I did 'yada yada yada'."
That way someone may be able to actually help you (assuming you are asking help determined by your outcry).

Penguins: (Tundra) Passive, found in large groups, can be lured with fish. and for some fun maybe giant bats and ca be tamed and can be mounted and you can fly them around
what you need to do is feed it raw fish,lots(or if you dont have some just skip that,it'll take longer though.)and keep trying to ride it.Eventually it will give in,although you cant name it so instead just keep it in a cage so it wont get mixed up with other dolphins.Youll know you've tamed it when it wont kick you off and you can control where it goes.
I have done that and I thought I tamed it successfully but it still despawned :/
