And I also got the idea of Nether settlements, these will be settlements of Steves willing to trade with you.
And also, I got the idea of a dungeon-like structure (the Ghast domain is a dungeon) and it will be made of a new material, Firestone. Firestone can hide traps or spawners, this dungeon will have 1 golden apple occasionally, 1 piece of diamond or gold loot. And it make contain15-45 pieces of Firestone, ( you can put blocks in Firestone like chests and they can be triggered by redstone.) And, to make a portal to Ruinica you will either need Mossy Cobblestone, Stone Brick, Cracked Stone Brick, or Mossy Stone Brick (these will chose where you spawn.) More on Ruinica in my next post!

You describe nothing about the biomes, period. Despite belief to the contrary, things don't explain themselves.
Most of the mobs sound overpowered; spawning lava, hiding in magma, really?
The ores don't seem to be anything but another useless tier. Many people, including me, want to see new ores that do things other than Diamond +1 or Iron +10.

2. Mithril armor allows you to glide, while Adamantine allows you to see in the dark, and dragon hide decreases fire damage by more than half.

3. Floating Islands- islands Of End Stone with one or two trees (birch) may or may not have an Endermen Dungeon
4.Gorges- An Endstone chasm with water at the bottom with scattered vines scaling the wall
5. Obsidian Towers- Large Upgraded Healing Crystal Towers, several floors with Endermen spawners, and fire/lava/TNT traps
6.Dryland- Flat expanse of Endstone with sparse tall grass.

7.Magma Seas- regular Nether Lava Oceans
8. Glowstone Islands- instead of boring glowstone stalagtites the glowstone will now be turned into a floating, glowing island
9. Flaming Canyon- Like the Gorge only with lava at the bottom and fire on the sides
10. Lava Oasis- A oasis in a sea of netherrack with gravel beaches, Fire Lichen Trees, and a lava pool with a dungeon at the bottom (Magma Cube or Blaze yet undeicided)

12. Ghast's Domain- A Floating Glowstone Island with lava cascading from the roof with a Lava Oasis on it. On the inside their is a dungeon with 2-5 ghast spawners with chest full of 1-5 saddles, 2-10 dragon eggs, a 64 stack of diamond, 4 64 stacks of glowstone blocks and in the dungeon a End Portal and rarely in a 25% chance of finding a portal to Ruinica (more info later). A chance of one these biomes is 55%
i think it would be cool to have an ore or two in the nether, but they would be realistic ores, like yours. ender mages are kinda stupid, and so are the black vortex and end stone tools. ghosts do sound pretty creepy, and cool! i don't think we need biomes in the nether, though.
and iv'e always been waiting for a monster that spawns in lava. for dragons, i'd say they would be hostile and wouldn't be baby, just small.
they would be "nether dragons" and maybe you could make armor out of their hide, which would probably damage mobs that damage you.
i was thinking maybe a dragon scale could be brewed into either a potion of fire, (an opposite of the potion of fire resistance) or a potion of resistance/defense.

Your right though, I just thought that a baby dragon would be more original than a dragon (due to the Enderdragon) but, I just thought that you could introduce End Portals in the Nether and keep the Ender Mages that way, in Skyblock you can make diamond tools. But maybe, you can tame the baby dragons and they will now drop dragon hide and then they (after a full day-night cycle.) will grow into a large dragon that drops teeth, scales, and eggs. But now hide will make Draconian Armor ( 1x the amount of protection and durablity with high enchantablity.) Maybe, you can craft the scales with wood to make..... A LAVA BOAT. The crafting will go like a boat shape and then below it 3 dragon scales. And maybe you can cook the dragon eggs to make egg sandwiches with bread and porkchops (bacon) or you could throw the egg hatch a domestic dragon and then using a saddle you could ride it AND it would fight mobs. And maybe also as opposed to the metioned fire elemential their may be earth elementials that spawn only on valid ground blocks such as ores, dirt, sand, stone, and gravel. The earth elemential will entomb you in dirt or stone and it will launch gravel to suffocate you. And maybe we can also have air elemential thats spawns near cliffs and maybe it could launch lightning and blow people back
Is it just me or do the dimensions lack in diversity, for instance the End only has Endermen and the Enderdragon. I prepose Ender Mages, and Black Vortexs. The Ender Mage launch spells such as summoning zombies (nothing to hard) and drops either an Ender Eye or a Diamond. The Black Vortex is like a Blaze except it launch minuature versions of itself, it could drop Endstone . Also, you can make Endstone Tools. And, I prepose biomes in the End or Nether. In the End their may be Floating Islands, Gorges, Obsidian Towers, and Drylands. And for the Nether, Magma Seas, Glowstone Islands,Flaming Canyons, Lava Oasis, Lava Island, and A Ghast Domain ( A Glowstone Island with Lava Falls.) Also, I prepose since the Nether is suposed to be Hell We Could add Lost Souls that float around in groups but when spotted one flys toward you and attacks (attacks like zombie.) Fire Elementials that hide in the Magma Sea and launch fireballs and summon lava (will be very rare.) and Baby Dragons (passive mob) that drops dragon meat, dragon scales and dragon teeth Also, we can add trees made from fire (called Fire Lichen.) and we can have Fire Tools, Netherrack Tools, and we can add ores such as Mithril, and Adamantine. Then, You can make Mithril, Adamantine, and Dragons Tooth Tools. And for armor you can use dragons' scales. Maybe we can also add a post-apocalyptic world that is overun with plants and robots. Simple, Make a large fenced grass field in you house (with windows preferably in a greenhouse.) Then, light it up with torches. Finally, lead two pigs in and breed them.

A VIRUS!! Nuff Said. Spreads through minecraft potency slowly grows, nothing can stop it, it courses through the very water you drink, the very food you eat, and the very mobs you fight.....
You should add ice elementials that freeze your character in place, fish-people that launch spears, seashells that can be crafted into shields and spears. You could also make arcanist staffs that freeze mobs using the frost plank's sticks and arcanestone. You could also make an imbuer that freezes your armor into ice armor and tools. Also you should make like whales that drop oil to make lamps with iron ingots, penguins that drop feathers and raw fish, snowshoes crafted with frost planks string and regular planks, cold-water reefs with fish, crabs, and shrimp which can be caught for food, and glacier ice that can be pushed and slows you down unless you wear snowshoes on it. You can also make a way to legitmitely obtain ice in-game. Ohh, and like the Nether you can't bring lava in or light things on fire
