Just looking for a good headset since yesterday my SteelSeries V2 Microphone broke. I need a microphone, just wondering if their are any cheap headsets under $100.
Well, he has $1500 and wants the best gaming computer he can buy for it, just give the guy what he wants. I doubt, since he said he wouldn't be, only playing Minecraft.
Could you at least help me out by telling what is so bad about it? I'd like to learn about this stuff and become better, and you guys just saying "Absolutely Terrible" and "Very Bad" is not helping me. The reason I didn't just go with babbaj's recommendation is because I want to do as much of this as possible on my own, I don't want you to just hand me a parts list, I want to do it myself with help from you guys that obviously know more about it than me. So, what is so terrible about this build?
The thing is, you probably won't be able to make something better than his build, so trying to "do it yourself" would just be wasted effort.
But here, I'll tell you some things :
The GPU you chose is very low end for the cost of the system, you should be able to AT LEAST get a 7950. The CPU is way too expensive for the build, I'd go with an 8320. You're spending WAY too little on the Motherboard, it is probably the most important part, don't cheap out on it.
As I said before, the build listed is probably the best you'll get for that price, though you could grab a 7970 instead of a 7950 for a bit more.
I'm gonna be building a New Computer soon and someone gave me and list and I added a few things like the Keyboard/Mouse and Monitor. Please let me know if the list is good and if I'm missing anything! Also, if someone could give me an estimate of how much fps I can get with this stuff! Thank You

Yeah, OP, if you can get the 7950 in, it is a big increase from the 7870 XT, for the money.

Is it just me that thinks Alienwares look awful?
Regardless, Alienware is way overpriced compared to a Sager and I don't particularly like Dell for (personal bad support reasons.)
