May 13, 2013Sonicrumpets posted a message on [16x][1.4.6] and [1.4.6] Sonicrumpet's Mine CO. Adventures! Epicly beautiful textures!yar! I be slowly converting the pack over to the new single texture per block format that I'm so excited about! (I'm not) Anyways, when I do I'm planing on dumping every texture I'v ever made for minecraft on ya all including the unreleased Christmas texture pack i never finished along with some 32x32 stuff.Posted in: Resource Packs
Now for some real talk,
I'm really not planing to abandon the pack but I don't have the time to work on it like i used to. So I'd like you all the be a bit patent with the pack not that you guys owe me anything.
Why don't I have the time? well i'm developing my own game, I don't mean this to be a big announcement just a simple and humble explanation of whats going on My end.
If you'd like to know It's coming along quite nicely and while theirs not much i can say at this early stage of development I can tell you this, It's a retro metroidvania platformer set in a forest ... and some other places. Also It happens to have some of the best pixel art I have created. Ever. were talking rich, beautiful, pixel art that your SNES wishes it had the privileged of displaying on your old composite input tv.
(seriously I have a old tube TV that I upload videos of the game up on my ps3 to make sure It feels right)
I have this texture pack to thank for the quality of pixel art I'm able to make today. I won't let it "die" without one good last update.

Hey Nate... remember wayy back in May I said I was gonna make an adventure map for this pack? Well, I finished it a while ago... like in July, but you never responded to me. I see you haven't replied to this since October though... is this dead? If not, and you're just busy, which I can appreciate, I'll send you the map for you to look over.
WOW I'm so sorry I had no Idea that you waited,
I assumed you'ed just publish it and I'd see it then. You didn't need to wait
That adventure map is yours alone. Your creativity, time, and talent made that not me. the fact that my texture pack and primes inspired it is special but your map is your artistic expression! I feel offal about this but GristlyIsMe you need to get that map out in to the world. I'll play it, I'll enjoy it. but I refuse to give you a OK to release it, because it's yours not mine, Now go ! Go post that map in the forums and let us all enjoy it!
Jan 3, 2013hey everyone I'm planning a release very soon, some time in the next few days all the blocks and items are done I'm just finishing up the new GUI's and looking fore little changes in files like particles and stuff.Posted in: Resource Packs
but hey good news, their's now some continuous texture mod support, just grass, ice stone, gold block, and carved sandstone but i will add more.
and lots of things got fixed like cloth armor.

Why... Why does this thread get so little attention? I absolutely loved this texture pack and would still use it today were it updated!
If this texture pack has met its end, I'd like to hear it from the author himself. I think I'd be fine with it being stopped but not with it being... lost.
Hi, not dead yet but not full steam...
I know I haven't been as timely in the updates as I used to be but I still work on the pack on a semi-weakly basis. The updates to the game come fairly fast now a days and I used to have much more time to fiddle around and fine tune my textures.
As many point out My texture pack has never really caught on with the community, Not like jolicraft or gerudoku.
Originally I blamed the name of my pack, Mostly I thought that I just should have named it something lazy and stupid and add craft on to the end of it
that's no longer the case. I've simply accepted that for whatever reason It's just not that popular. Not that the lack of updates helps.
Mainly I just don't feel the drive, to get the pack out like i used too. It's not a particularly popular pack and though your gratitude is much appreciated authoring the pack has gotten a bit thankless over the lasts several moths.
Don't fret. I plan to sort my sh*t out and get a new version of the pack out soon-ish. *sigh* well a soon as i can.
Finding a job Has taken up allot of my attention lately.
Ps. I just want to thank fans of the pack who still use and like it. your comments and downloads are the reason I haven't abandon the pack yet. so yeah you guys are awesome. Thank you.

does the halloween pack get updated along with the regular pack? I havent used the regular one (no offense) but your halloween pack was one of my favorites during the contest last year (I havent been playing Minecraft in a while so I'm not exactly current with my textures)
Usually no... but It will with the next up date.

Nov 3, 2011Wow! so many cool takes on one theme. Now that I’ve had a chance to look at them...Posted in: News
Solid work from Andre as always , I’m' always a fan of the pastel look his packs have and if you have never looked his cloud and grass color textures out side of game they are wonderful on there own with filigree and swirly bits. Top notch.
HerrSommer - Halloween Edition 2011:
I usually don’t like hi res but,
I loved the Hannibal lecter sheep and the bat particles also wicked nether wart.
Korthos' Dark Redemption:
dude awesome patterns and you totally nailed a moody level of darkness that screams survival horror adventure map!
Hot sassy sousaphone! please finish this one you totally have perfectly desaturated and awesome mid-evil inspired textures! Do want!
Grats to every one who made it, Some top notch work all around!
Right now joliween is wining but andrejolicoeur's got a large and fateful community of fans behind him and It's starting to look doubtful that any of the other entry’s will win.(and there's nothing wrong with that Per se)
But if any of the other pack authors are like me they probably saw Joliween had entered and had a “Oh- ” moment. Then again all of us would have had that if doku had posted a doku-ween pack. :smile.gif:
Thank you though if you do vote for me. I hope my pack brings you enjoyment.
as for the contest well I mostly did it to get the pack out there but I'm currently in second place so I really can't complain.
Nov 3, 2011Woot made it to the finals!Posted in: News
I'd like to thank everyone who downloaded and/or supported Mine CO.
If you like the Halloween pack you may like the normal one even more Ive been a bit busy with it lately as I'm adding support for random mobs mod.
Like I said If you enjoy my pack thank you. your the ones that keep me making and improving this pack.
