    Your mod looks really interesting and has lots of features that I would love to explore.
    But there is a snag when updating to the more recent IC2 experimental builds.

    It crashes the client on startup.

    Upon further testing, the last experimental build of IC2 that is working for this mod is 2.0.92-experimental. Newer updates of IC2 experimental builds are either missing from the IC2 Jenkins server(because of failed builds) or doesn't load MC at all and crashes MC with the above crash log.
    So, I'm guessing that you've had built your mod in 1.6.2 around a certain area of the new experimental IC2 API; that had gotten outdated even before you've even released the new update of your mod for 1.6.2; since the API for IC2 is still updating, from what it looks like.

    Keep up the good work though! Really nice mod. :3 I'll be having fun with this!

    Alright; there's a few suggestions that can help you in the process.

    1 - Make the mod forge compatible at least.
    2 - Get the mod to be placed in the mods folder instead of the minecraft.jar itself.
    3 - Have the mod generate a config file for it.
    4 - With the config file, let people change the block/item IDs if needed(because lots of people like to have more than just one mod installed).
    5 - Have the block/items use the forge ore dictionary if you're going to base your mod with forge(if you want).

    So, there's the few suggestions that you can use for the mod. If you don't want to use them, then that's up to you.

    From EBXL, I've always been fond with the Mountain Ridge and Autumn Forest.
    From the FN mod, I really like the crystal forest and the Neo Tropical forest.

    I just hope that the Neo Tropical Forest and the Crystal Forest would be in the EBXL mod, along with the other biomes from FN mod to EBXL. :3

    This is because that the crystal ground cover is above 256(if it is set higher than that). I've had this problem too until ScottKillen(mod maker of ExtraBiomesXL) said that the crystal ground cover is a part of the biome generation and minecraft itself has a limitation on that. So, set your crystal ground cover to be less than 256 as the ID#(if it isn't conflicting with other blocks), and you'll be fine.
