Alright, that sounds like a plan.
What kind of something? A peach necklace or something, because you're the Deity of Peaches?

"Hehehe~ Perhaps, however... I seem to have a spare..."

Sol has a large mischievous grin on her face as she pulls out a maid outfit that was hiding underneath the Kotatsu. Oddly enough, it seemed to be custom fit exactly for Darth.

"Costume, per say from the rubble of the shrine when I first came here. If you don't want to wear the whole thing, the frills on the ends can come of and be pinned on any clothing~"

Darth would certainly help out with anything*, especially considering the fact that he's got nothing better to do.
    * Almost anything

(You can see Sol quietly saying 'Dang it' in the back)

"Of course I'll be willing to take you as a familiar. All you need to do is run a few errands once and a while and I'll be content. Of course, I'll have to put something on you to make sure that no one else tries to take you as a familiar."

She poured the tea into the cups, the tea being defrosted by R before they were led into the basement.

"I'll be sure to modify the terms so that you can go as far away from me as you like without feeling pain."

Anyway, do you need a list of benefits?

Nope. I'm sure that Sol with just let them go Nilly Willy with a few chores they can do on the way.

    *Sighs*
I can't hide anything from you now, can I?
    Well, the thing is...
A while ago, I... obtained... a Grimoire. A magic book.
But this was no ordinary Grimoire, this is the Green Grimoire. It holds all magic ever made, the reason why I wanted it was quite obvious.
But there was a catch to having the book that I didn't know: The book is alive, and doesn't like being owned by someone it didn't choose to be it's owner.
As a result, it's slowly making me go insane, and i don't like that one bit.
The reason why I came to this shrine, is because the Holy Energy you/the shrine emits partially cancels out the book's power, making it take longer for me to go fully insane.
    ...
I'm still scared though. I've fought Gods and other powerful creatures, but the prospect of going insane and harming my friends scares me...

"Hm... A Relic of Immense power having an insanity enchantment to ward off unwanted owners... Where have I heard this before?(Cough Cough, Totally not a Reference to something I've made) Nevermind. But still... The Green Grimoire... What a lame name for something that could destroy a world."

Sol snickers for a bit before returning back into a serious posture.

"Anyway, going insane isn't exactly one of the most pleasant things these days. I heard there is only one way to prevent that from happening."

Of course, saying there is only 'one' way was somewhat of a lie. But hey, this helps both of them out.

"I heard that enchantments like that can be negated by becoming someone's familiar... Can you get the jist?"

Wouldn't an easier solution be having Darth become Sol's familiar, if you're willing to go that far? It would ensure that nobody would go insane, along with providing some other benefits to both parties...

    Ah,that would be an easy solution. Plus... Hehehehe... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )

If worst comes to worst, Sol can hold possession of the book. After all, she already holds one symbol of the Eight Immortals.

"Ah... R, P, I need you to go down to floor -1."
    R: We don't have a-
P: She's talking about the basement the roof made. Come on, let's go.

The two went into the sound-proof basement, having an extra lantern down there.

"Now that they are gone, you can speak about what's bothering you. Deities have more time to do things like Exorcisms than gods do. Now then, what's bothering you Darth?"

"Ah. I'm doing good. I know you're hiding something from me, but I'm not one to pry. Come take a seat."

I pat the Kotatsu's top, bringing up a tea set of three cups and a tea pot.

"Would you care for some tea?"

I pick up the pot and try to pour it with nothing coming out. I open the top to see all of the tea completely frozen over.

"Oh my... Anyway, you must need something from me if you decide coming here in the middle of a Blizzard. What is it?"

"Ah... I guess I might have left the door locked... R? Can you go and unlock the door?"

R sighs and moves towards the door, shuddering as her used his nearby lantern to create a small circle of fire around him for warmth. Opening the door, he let's the fairy through before closing the door again.

"Darth? What are you doing here?"

R: Oh, that reminds me. If your a deity, shouldn't you be Immortal and 'Rawr, I'm unkillable!' or something like that?

P: I was thinking about that too.

"Uh... I'm actually not quite sure about that."

    Sol simply shrugged.

"I mean, the only way to test that is to try to die, and that doesn't exactly sound pleasant."

R: When you put it like that...

P: Last time I checked, a peach tree is supposed to symbolize long life and an association of immortality as divine fruit of gods. That raises a few eyebrows no? I mean, we should at least try planting some peaches. After all, this is a peach shrine.

"Oh! someone's here. Come in! the door is open!"

I'm guessing that when Fairies 'die' they don't fully die. I suppose the effect only applies to fully dead people.

I yawn, apparently just waking up from a nap as I looked around, R and P frowning at me.

"You've guys just been watching me sleep the whole time? Why don't you go outside or something."

    R: Probably because it-

P: Shh. Let her figure it out for herself. Try opening the door.

I walk over to the door, confused.

"I don't see why you guys haven-"

I opened the doors , freezing snowy winds blowing inside with small puffs of snow flowed in as I quickly shut the door.

"Oh. Oh well, I suppose you can only stay inside on these days."

R: Tell me again why making a Shrine in the North Snowy Biome was a good idea.

    P: Convenience?
