I don't know what it does, but it looks cool and that must be it's only feature. Looking cool and nothing else.

    Aww, that's too bad.
Maybe someday you'll be able to afford some and be as cool as me.

Yes, yes. I'm sure that's what it's all about. I guess I messed up the "rare and funny"-part, but overall it should still be understandable.

    Context..

I have no idea what the **** you're getting at.

Try having healthy conversations with actual people.
Not begging for attention over the internet talking about the paper cuts on your arm.
    Class dismissed.

Well I'm trying to quit (4 days and counting, before that it was 2 weeks, not doing so good). Surely talking to people over the internet is healthier than cutting yourself.

So talking to everyone about how you cut yourself makes you feel better?

What has this generation come to

I'm not open about it. I say it here because nobody here know who I am so I can say what ever I want.

Doesn't matter where you're open about it.
Cutting yourself is supposed to apparently "help" people deal with their problems while they stay silent about it.
It doesn't work by cutting yourself and then telling everyone on the internet about it.

I don't know that kid or what he's been through so I won't comment on it, I'll just mention my own experiences and views on the subject of the video.

I don't like how self harming makes you an "emo" An emo is a fan of emo rock. I hate emo rock and mostly listen to trance.

Some people seem to think that people self harm for attention, which is a load of ********. Nobody knows that I self harm (thank god for long sleeve shirts and internet anonymity) so if I was doing it for attention then why don't I bring attention to it?

I self harm because I absolutely can't stand the way I am. I'm not sure how many people can understand what it feels like to disagree with your self all the time, to look in the mirror and hold back the urge to smash your own reflection, to be constantly flooded with doubts about yourself and other people.
When your bullied you beat up the bully, but what if it's your own thoughts that are tormenting you?

So you self harm and you're open about it?
Clearly only do it for attention.
