Hello, I would like to get a good discussion going about Minecraft for the PS Vita. Any thoughts on when it is coming out? It was rumored for Q1 2014 which ends at the end of this month which is very unlikely. The only reason I still have hope for this month is because of the PS3 release when 4J Studio was just like "Hey, Minecraft PS3 edition tomorrow." without any news or rumors. When do you thing it will be released?
As for the gameplay of the vita edition, I am very interested to see what it has to offer. I could see it being a mix of the Pocket Edition (Which is crap) and PS3 edition. The only way i could see it being similar to the pocket edition is the controls with the touch screen. I am also interested to see what the back touch pad will be used for, if used at all. On the graphics and visual interface, I could see the Vita edition being the same as the console ports. What do you guys think the multiplayer will be? Max Players? Ad-Hoc? Wi-Fi? Any thing you guys have questions about let me know and i will get back to you. Also, when the Vita Edition does drop and you want to play with me, leave a reply with your psn name and we could possibly play together. Thanks!
To save you all the trouble I had to go through to find this (about a thousand websites and videos) all the resources I saw said it was going to be released in March maybe in the middle of march.
