To what, kill the Wither in one or two hits? As if he isn't easy enough.
There is absolutely no other reason for Smite XI to exist when Smite V kills non-boss undeads in one hit, and Sharpness V with Strength Potion also kills in one hit.
I'm not sure I follow. Why would I need something with Smite and Sharpness if there are 100 Zombies hanging around? Smite V on an Iron sword deals with it, and even Sharpness V with a Strength Potion also deals with it.
Also Strength Potions last longer and are less expensive than your suggestion. And Prot IV on Diamond power doesn't need a boost at all. I'd be hard pressed to find a use for this in Vanilla.
Also, if you carry this around, and a book, that takes up one more slot than having 2 Swords with Smite and Sharpness.
Interesting, but the enchant's level should wear off every 10 seconds(Like a countdown; Sparpness 10 would last 100 seconds.). Instead of a new enchant table, why not just be able to right click with an enchantment book and apply the enchant you have on it to your sword, and then have it slowly deteriorate one level every ten seconds, and say it is 2x the level it is really when applied. (Maxing out at level 10.) So sharpness V = Sharpness X, I = II, II = IV, III = X.
This is a feature for mapmakers to allow them to customize their mob AI. For example, they could make a certain Blaze in a certain place spam fireballs at 30% HP, or flee to another location at 50% HP.
How does it work?
An NBT string (or a compound/list) contains all the mob AI information. Mapmakers can edit it however they want.
Why would I want this?
Let's just say the next Hypixel map will feature bosses which actually have brains.
since Jeb is actively working on adding features for the map makers....
I just saw that it is now possible to pack a resource pack with the map. So why not packing sounds as well?
A very strong finishing touch would be to be able to have some kind of speaker item, where you would simply point to a wav file and set:
Range: Range at which the player will hear/stop hearing the sound.
Loop: True or false
FadeIn: Time in ms it takes for the sound to go at max volume when the range is reached. 0 being max volume at start.
FadeOut: Time in ms it takes for the sound to go silent when the range is left. 0 being silent on the spot.
...other simple properties.
Then the wav files would be packed with the map.
It would be so nice to add custom sounds and music to our world. It would be night and day! Sounds are 50% of the feedback returned by a game
It would be very nice to force players of a map to play with a certain resource pack, regardless of whether they actually have it.

Please add it to the list.

Last time I checked, Dota 2 has magic resistance and Black King Bar.
Wrong forum? Minecraft does not have magical damage types. There are Composite/Physical, Projectile, Fire, Poison and Blast.

You underestimate the power of Knockback V.

The string is basically the AI logic. The format is exactly how Minecraft AI is formatted.
Therefore, it won't be a pain to code.

Simple. You can get Smite XI.

Tell me: what is a command block for?
